I have been here several times and have never been satisfied with their service. We took our Rottie there yesterday, he has what appears to be an abscess in his mouth. I was told by the nurse that the Dr. has a Rottie also but when she came in she behaved as though she didnt know what to do with our boy. You would think that in order to properly examine his mouth you might give him something to calm him down (as we have received at other vets). Instead she left the room and came back with a $1000 estimate concluding that its probably a tumor but they would have to sedate him to see. I...ME...I suggested that maybe its an infection. Couldnt we start with antibiotics? She wasnt too happy with that and said she would go fill his meds. She was even less happy when I said I had my meds filled at Wal Mart as PAH charges 3-4X more than the going rate. Scare tactics and overcharging is their game and its terrible. I hate that they do this to people who just want to help their animals

They traumatized my cat by holding her down while she was screaming. Three people were holding her down. They didnt let me hold her to comfort her. All of this for a stupid routine vaccination. This was her first vet experience...I will never recommend them!!
