Very unhappy with the service received at this vet. The vet tech was rude and uncaring. I would not recommend this vet to anyone. We will not be returning.

Leaving BAC after4+yrsDISSAPPOINTeD/DISRESPECTED.Unprofessional, Dirty facility, Yearly price increase HiddenCost RudeStaff Poor mgmt Unnecessary tests& Varying fees 4same services (just different label on receipt ie. WellnessExam vs.PhysicalExam. Betwen mom&I, spent$2800+@BAC. HighPrice &overtesting caused us to run occasional balance always timely paidoff. Moms pet was hit &shoud of been putdown,instead of rackin up bill with diagnostics overnights& treatments for3days for$1100. Recent 30min visit 4diarrhea bill=$273! Told reception I would pay $100 now and the rest in the near future. ‘Taylor’rolled eyes changed attitude &called mgr Cheryl. Explained Ive ran balance in past w/o issues. In full waiting rm Taylor requests POSTDATED CHECK! NOprior balance! Explained didnt have check& that I was “good for it”.Mortified! W/o this incident I would justpay bill& return. 2weeks later paid entire bill, requested record& informed I will go elsewhere Reception said nothin- uncaring&indifferent

we had a very good experience with our pet Buddy! Our regular vet was closed and they got us in and seen very quickly. Thankful they were there when we needed them. Im going to continue to have Buddy's care there!

This animal clinic is ridiculously overpriced, the majority of their staff seems extremely unsure of themselves(poor training, management). The building is filthy, cluttered and generally unpleasant to the eyes & nose. The lobby & exam rooms are outdated & filthy. Several times I have had dealings with the clinic administrator & each time I was treated with rudeness, sarcasm & left with a feeling that it's all about how much money they can dig out of a customer's pocket! There are several outstanding veterinarians working there- Drs Burk, Wiehrdt and the young male doctor, I would avoid the one who owns it, definitely going to run up your bill. It really used to be a great place to get quality pet care before the new ownership/management took over, now it is a waste of your money & time because they overbook and I've haven't been seen at my scheduled appointment time in my last 4 or 5 visits, so expect a long wait in an overcrowded lobby with extremely outdated, uncomfortable chairs.

I WAS AT THE CLINIC TODAY ON SATURDAY FEBRUARY 23, 2013 THE CLINIC WAS VERY BUSY WE LOST OUR BEAUTIFUL DOG TODAY DUE TO CANCER WE HAD HER FOR 12 YEARS - THE CLINIC ADMINISTRATOR OFFERED US A SHOULDER TO CRY ON AND A SPECIAL FUR KEEPER - SHE WAS ON HER WAY OUT AND STAYED WITH US TILL WE THOUGHT WE COULD DRIVE DR. BURK AND HER TECH RYAN WERE SO SAD ABOUT OUR LOSS AND I FELT LIKE THEY WERE READY TO CRY TOO. OUR DOG HAS BEEN GOING THERE FOR 12 YEARS AND WE ARE GRATEFUL FOR THE CLINIC

my dog has had the same allergy issue for years and this vet quickly gave her meds upon the first visit that took care of the issue, so hopes were high. for the past few months they started switching her meds and putting her on stuff that does not help her allergies and now she is miserable. Im constantly paying $45 just for a "check up" to tell me she has allergies.. duh, and they wont refill/change her meds without another appointment every time. I have spent nearly $1000 on a little over a year on meds and appointments. The constant check ups are just to drain your wallets. This vet may be fine if your pet rarely has problems and maybe just needs their occaisional shots but DO NOT bring your pet here if they normally have issues like mine. You will have no money.

I have been a client of this clinic for over 30 years and would entrust them to any of my animals. They are the best around. All of the doctors are wonderful there. The staff is awesome as well.
