WellnessExam vs.PhysicalExam. Betwen mom&I, spent$2800+@BAC. HighPrice &overtesting caused us to run occasional balance always timely paidoff. Moms pet was hit &shoud of been putdown,instead of rackin up bill with diagnostics overnights& treatments for3days for$1100. Recent 30min visit 4diarrhea bill=$273! Told reception I would pay $100 now and the rest in the near future. ‘Taylor’rolled eyes changed attitude &called mgr Cheryl. Explained Ive ran balance in past w/o issues. In full waiting rm Taylor requests POSTDATED CHECK! NOprior balance! Explained didnt have check& that I was “good for it”.Mortified! W/o this incident I would justpay bill& return. 2weeks later paid entire bill, requested record& informed I will go elsewhere Reception said nothin- uncaring&indifferent

This animal clinic is ridiculously overpriced, the majority of their staff seems extremely unsure of themselves(poor training, management). The building is filthy, cluttered and generally unpleasant to the eyes & nose. The lobby & exam rooms are outdated & filthy. Several times I have had dealings with the clinic administrator & each time I was treated with rudeness, sarcasm & left with a feeling that it's all about how much money they can dig out of a customer's pocket! There are several outstanding veterinarians working there- Drs Burk, Wiehrdt and the young male doctor, I would avoid the one who owns it, definitely going to run up your bill. It really used to be a great place to get quality pet care before the new ownership/management took over, now it is a waste of your money & time because they overbook and I've haven't been seen at my scheduled appointment time in my last 4 or 5 visits, so expect a long wait in an overcrowded lobby with extremely outdated, uncomfortable chairs.

I WAS AT THE CLINIC TODAY ON SATURDAY FEBRUARY 23, 2013 THE CLINIC WAS VERY BUSY WE LOST OUR BEAUTIFUL DOG TODAY DUE TO CANCER WE HAD HER FOR 12 YEARS - THE CLINIC ADMINISTRATOR OFFERED US A SHOULDER TO CRY ON AND A SPECIAL FUR KEEPER - SHE WAS ON HER WAY OUT AND STAYED WITH US TILL WE THOUGHT WE COULD DRIVE DR. BURK AND HER TECH RYAN WERE SO SAD ABOUT OUR LOSS AND I FELT LIKE THEY WERE READY TO CRY TOO. OUR DOG HAS BEEN GOING THERE FOR 12 YEARS AND WE ARE GRATEFUL FOR THE CLINIC
