Not a good experience with this owner/vet Kessler. She guilts you into having lots of expensive tests done and the actual invoice always comes to several hundred more than quoted in an estimate even for boarding.

This clinic will lie to you, will never call you back, will add false records on your file, will get pissed off if you call around for a second opinion, and will charge you twice as much as other practices, and in the end, they may even kick you out of their clinic because you called to ask questions about a test you PAID FOR.
Just don't go here. It's bad business. They don't care about you, or your cat. They just want their money, and will try and guilt/lie/manipulate you in as much of a way as possible to get it from you. They will not get back to you in a timely manner, and you will have to chase them down for everything. Just find another practice.

This place should be shut down for illegal practice of false charges,mis diagnosis and blackmale and racist profiling. They milked me and my wife for thousands of dollars lieing about procedures my cat supposedly needed and like other reviewers they kept adding fees. Upon questioning them and the authenticity of these charges i informed them i was getting a second opinion.upon doing so i was informed they lied to me and others and are well known for tricking customers into paying for unnecessary fees. I felt tricked i mentioned this and they became very nervous and defensive and down right rude and guess what? Racist!!! We are a ethnic family with out of state roots and they were quick to inform me we were not welcome here and a few other derogatory comments i am not mentioning on here in return for them to send my pets records via certified mail not to return as we are are no longer welcome? Wow! Stay away! They are criminals! Shoukd be shut down!

This place is a con. Dr. Kessler just wants your money and doesn't care about you or your cats. We had to board our cats for a few days while we moved and the crazy costs here just kept adding up. We were given one estimate upon drop off but they kept calling and adding on requirements for the cats to stay. At that point we felt like we were stuck. When we picked up the cats a few days later our charge was $600 over the most recent estimate. My husband complained to the owner Dr. Kessler about the fact that the charges were so much over the estimate but she refused to budge. This is nothing but a con and a very poor way to do business.

Their affection to cats is admirable and their facility was very nice, but the people there were not. I have had cats all my life and I treat them like kings. I have a degree in biology and yet they constantly lectured us. It made us feel like we were stupid and that what we did was never good enough. as soon as one person got done lecturing us, another person seemed to repeat the same stuff. they really love cat! But to the point that they seem to treat the humans poorly (in my experience and others I have talked with). overall they have a bad mentality that is costing them good people. if they could fix these issues, I think they would excel as one of the better clinics in the area.

Nice clean place and the staff are pleasant and helpful. The appointments tend to run very long. If you go here always plan on setting aside several hours!

They spend alot of time with answering all our question. You can tell that everyone that works there loves cats. A very clean place.

They spend lots of time answering questions and giving information. The appointments are long and through. My appointment started late but hey spent a lot of time with me. It's quiet and clean. The boarding area is beautiful, big cages & a playroom for the cats.
