Very very expensive. Had a cat with reoccurring problems, would get charged for each visit just to get looked at, even when it was for the same problem they had diagnosed but their solution didnt work. They also told my that a pet inhaler would cost over $400. Went to a different vet and it cost $80. Would have been able to help my pet a lot sooner if they had been honest about the price. The staff is friendly but other vets are so much more affordable for the exact same treatment.

Very disappointed! I rescued a cat that someone threw out in the bush and he had an abscess on his leg from a bite, for antibiotics, to clean the tiny wound and to neuter him they wanted $450!!! REDICULIOUS!! So I just got the pills, that visit cost me $146!! It's BS, I'm rescuing a cat instead of bringing him to SPCA and they want to charge me the cost of my first Born? ...and they say they care? Also I told the vet the cat pees a lot and I think something may be wrong with him and he didn't even want to listen to me, fluffed me off and gave me a bill, and it turns out the cat IS sick!! So in my opinion this vet who prances around in his clogs cares more about money than cats!! Very sad!! I would never go back or recommend them to no one!

This clinic is very unethical so don't take your pet there if your smart! I was told I had to bring my pet back for another $75 examination for the same problem I initially took him there for only a couple of weeks before! Also, This was a condition he had previously been diagnosed and successfully been treated with before! pet owners have to find the best possible care for their pet because they do not have a voice. If you want your pet alive and well plus leave your money in your wallet, don't take them to this clinic!

You need to be very well off to be able to afford vet care at this clinic. Too much for me I'm afraid.

Booked an appointment for follow up booster for my puppy. Ran late and called clinic to inform and request later appointment that day as I came in from hour away. Was rudely told I could not be accommodated. Called from my cell three more times asking for options as I had upcoming surgery and all my pup needed was a booster. Rude and careless attitude. Had a credit so went to redeem and asked one more time if I could get in...office mgr was extremely rude along with other staff member, sending me to make a foolish but non threatening comment in reaction to the dramatic rudeness I was being shown. They did fit me in but I was so upset I wrote a letter to the owner. I was basically told they did not want my business. Stated that my questioning of fees was not reasonable and they needed to keep staff safe? In no way was I threatening, in fact I ended up apologizing for being intense after the extreme rude treatment I had. Very arrogant and indulgent business. Too bad...the vets are good.

Brought our new rescue puppy in for an exam and the vet had the syringe all drawn to give him a vaccine without asking me. Good thing I brought in his shelter records, which showed he had received all vaccines 3 weeks previously. Also,I requested that I be present when my dog was having blood drawn, and was told that "we never let the owners be present". On 2 occasions they took my dog away from me for bloodwork, on both occasions I could hear him crying and yelping while the vet techs yelled at him. After the 2nd time, I switched vet clinics to one that allowed me to be present. My dog has never made a fuss or even a whimper since, and has had over 10 blood draws. Also, staff here are unfriendly...never a smile or a kind word for either the owner or the dog.

After adopting my dog I brought him to this clinic to have him vaccinated and examined before having him neutered. I only had him for a few days, he came from an bad situation and was very scared at the time. During the exam he growled at the vet. I was told that I should consider "getting rid of him" and I should surrender him to a rescue organization because I couldn't handle him due to his size and aggression. I was very upset and was left in tears. I still had him neutered at this clinic. His wound took a very long time to heal and got badly infected. He ended up needing another round of antibiotics to help things out. I was extremely upset with the unsolicited advice to "get rid of the dog". I kept him and after months of training and learning that he wouldn't be abused or beaten, he is a wonderful, gentle, loving dog. I'm glad I didn't get rid of him!

check you bills out..they hide costs...and they want to bill you for things that are not required. Just look up what your animal has before you submit to what they want you to pay for.
