BEWARE IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET. THEY OBVIOUSLY DON'T...I have been bringing my Beagle to Broadview for years. Last night, 02/11/15, my best friend was having a seizure. I called broadview around 5:30pm, an hour before they closed. The girl that answered asked me to describe his symptoms. I did and also noted that the same thing happened several years ago and I brought him to an emergency vet that I was near at the time. The girl said that they were an hour behind in their appointments and that I should bring him to the emergency vet again. She didn't ask a vet that was on duty. I can only assume that she couldn't go home until all the appointments were done. I hung up and called a very caring vet who saw him right away. He's doing OK today but is scheduled for some follow-up tests. I willl say that he will never see the inside of Broadview Animal Hospital again. The lack of caring they showed me left me cold and bewildered. Beware.

We brought in our 3.5lb, 1 1/2 year old dog due to bad teeth. The staff was very professional, with a warm and caring attitude. A written estimate was issued prior to any procedure being done. The final charge was well within the estimated range. There was no pressure to have additional services performed, as has been the case at other vets. I would highly recommend this vet!

Are you looking for top animal care? This facility would rival any human hospital. They specialize in dogs, cats, and small domestic pets. Set in a beautiful country meadow, this hospital has it all. You and your pet will have access to a number of experienced vets and support staff who are always ready to greet your pet and make him or her comfortable. The examination rooms are state-of-the-art, and after your pet's examination, a vet tech will come in, answer any questions, and check you out right there on the computerized system, which is in every exam room. No waiting in line with a nervous pet who wants to leave! I can't say enough good things about this facility. Even the decor is professional--they have pictures of all of the vets with their pets, and a nice snack area in the waiting area with coffee and treats for people and pets. Whan my cat died, I received a card from them. What more could you ask for?
