Expensive, little empathy or compassion, but because they use the name Tufts, people assume they are good. This place is more like a machine driven profit scheme with little compassion for pets or owners.Expect to pay in the thousands due to some of the vets being specialists per se.They are mostly unfriendly and try to make you feel guilty for not wanting unnecessary services. My dog had cancer which was never diagnosed with $1500 worth of visits and meds. The dog was misdiagnosed until having a CAT scan at the cost of another $1300, then they expect another $1000 per radiation or chemo treatment.Emergency room may be good for an injury, but staff on duty are burnt out.I have discussed this with several other pet owners who have had similar situations.

What an amazing place! I brought my dog to them over the weekend when my vet was closed. Everyone was really nice and the wait time was not nearly as bad as the vet school campus. I recommend this place to anyone with a pet.
