I have had both my dog and cats cared for my the professional staff at Buck. They are always friendly, thorough, punctual, and spend as much time as I need to help me understand my pets' concerns. The facility is immaculate and the staff seem very happy to work there.

The staff at Buck is always friendly and very knowledgable. They have provided excellent care for all my cats over the years. The new clinic is very modern and clean.

Staff is great, specially front staff. Vets are very good although it's too bad Buck retired, he was the best. With some of the newer vets it seems as if the focus is on the revenue and not really what is necessary.

I took my dog in for a rectum issue and the vet took him to the back and they didn't realise they left the door open and I heard them laughing as my dog was yelping as he had to be shaved, The comment that was made as he was yelping its not your ass as they continued to laugh. I was very upset and have my doubts of returning. That was very rude.

Been taking our animals (dogs, cat, bird) to Buck since I was a child with our first dog. I've always had great experiences with all the vets, reception, and the vet techs. I have taken in very sick animals, put animals down and I've never seen anything but compassion. I won't go anywhere else because I know my animals get the best care possible.

I believe that they milk the mistakes they make, I took my one kitten for ear mites. They didn't see any. Later come back with both my cats with mites yet I have to pay for their mistakes. Never going back in, they have a messed up business model. Don't go please!

I would rate Buck Animal Hospital 5+++ on all categories above. They are an absolute pleasure to deal with and I entrust my furry family to them with open arms of trust. I have experienced many veterinary hospitals over the years across Canada and no one comes even a close second to this clinic. The staff and doctors are knowledgeable and professional. In particular the office Manager Andrina has a depth of empathy that I have never witnessed with my animals before. All I have to say is her name and they get all excited to go and visit! Who knew one person could change the experience my pets have with going to the vet! I wish my dentist office had people like Andrina and then maybe I wouldn’t mind going there either. Thank you Buck Animal Hospital for the years of service to my family.

I will say with pleasure that Buck Animal Hospital is fantastic! The doctors and staff there show such compassion and interest in their clients! I would HIGHLY recommend this clinic for any veterinarian care needed for your pets! Keep up the GREAT work BUCK!!!!

This is a great veterinary clinic. I have always had positive experiences with the staff and vets, but the manager is snotty. I have had several cats and dogs over the years, about 18 years I think, and I have never walked away from a visit feeling like I wasn't heard or my animal wasn't treated properly. I recommend this clinic to friends.

We have been going to Buck Animal Hospital for our animals for over 40 years and have never had a bad experience. All the doctors have been wonderful,kind and compassionate. We would never consider changing to anyone else. They are the best!

Have had a long history with this clinic and they have been wonderful through the good times and the bad ones. They care about the animals but also about the "owners". If they don't know the answer, they have no problem referring elsewhere (U of Guelph). My experiences have all been very positive. All around great folks who go above and beyond.

Excellent animal hospital. When my dog was very sick they were extremely compassionate and kind. Allowed me to visit with my dog during his stay without making me feel like I was intruding. I think every staff member came up to me at some point to make sure my dog and I were comfortable and kept asking if I needed anything, a glass of water, stool, etc. I would highly recommend buck animal hospital.

Very rude, rough with my dog. Don't answer questions. Not compassionate when my cat died. Like to try to increase sales and push stuff on you. Often very late for appointments - I used to wait average of 20 or more minutes. I no longer use this Vet. Since Dr. Coleman retired place has gone to hell in a handbasket where compassion and friendliness goes as well as over all care.

I've been taking my cat here for years. She's only really been sick once and they got her in quickly. Recently got a Bulldog puppy. He's been there for all of his shots etc. They have been very good with him. He came down with a very rare condition called HOD which they correctly identified and medicated. When the condition worsened they coordinated with the Emergency clinic and the Guelph Pet hospital to make sure they could give the proper follow up care. They also completed the paperwork for my pet insurance with out complaint. I was at their new offices on the first day they were open. It was still a work in progress but the larger space is nice.

I used to see Dr. Coleman for years then he retired. I continued using Buck but about 4 years ago I got another vet clinic. The staff was rude. I had a dog dieing of cancer and she said they were too busy for me. The vets do not care how the staff treats people. And the office manager there Adrina is a total b**ch. Find somewhere else to go!!

Great care was given to my dog, and the reception staff really knew what they were talking about. My appointment was about 5 minutes late, but other than that I have no complaints. The vet was really nice and took time to explain everything.

Took two dogs here, vets were very rude and not very punctual with appointments. Had a fearful dog that nipped at the vet when approached without a proper greeting from the vet. The vet then muzzled (which was fine) and then attempted to pin the dog for 10 minutes straight; holding him down until he was scared out of his mind. Took our sick dog here on one occasion, paid $60 for a ten minute, no diagnosis consultation, and were told that we must have left alcohol out that the dog got into; even though we said all poisons, alcohols, etc, were out of reach because we had a young child, that we had obviously left something out for the dog to get into.
