Dropped both my dogs off in the am was worried how a jacket could do this to my dogs .doctors are amazing and clinic is well priced ! when I phoned they filled me in on how great the surgury’s went ,I had talked to a young girl named mandy who not only helped me process 2 payments but was very helpful and informational about the aftercare my pups will need and explained the medication to me over the phone like I was there in person so I was comfortable knowing what I’m giving my dogs and when I needed to return amazing service , my brother was picking up my dogs and he had got the same girl when cashing out and said nothing but great service from the young lady . Will highly recommend thunderbird animal hospital and can’t explain how well that girl is on your front end very professional! She must love animals with her compassion we received both me and my brother . Deepest Thank you for taking good care of my dogs.

Do not take your pet here. This vet doesn't even touch or assess your animal. He does not care about your pet. They use lysol to clean their facility And do not use sterile technique. All he cares about is making money.

I have been going to this clinic for years now and they take really good care of my 2 dogs and 4 cats.Both doctors are very compassionate and caring.The girls are awesome, always cheerful and always ready to help. Check these guys out I sure appreciate the care and affordability,

We took our puppy to this clinic and saw Dr Singh a few tines now...staff is excellent and Dr is knowlegable and really cares for the puppy...not just financial gain. We had taken our puppy to another clinic once and could tell it was all about making money...def recc this clinic to all friends and FAM..we don't mind driving over half hour to get there just Cuz of service!

I have been bringing my cats there for several years now, and have never had any issues with Drs Sharma and Singh, nor with any of their staff. Both doctors have always gone out of their way to ensure my animals have the very best care, while also ensuring that my bank account doesn't completely empty. They are extremely accommodating as far as appointments go, and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes (excepting emergencies that have come in), to be seen by either vet. The fact that they also have flexible office hours as well means that I don't need to take the day off work in order to get my animals to or from the office. They show genuine concern for all of the animals, and unlike some vets, are actually more concerned with the overall well being of the animal, as opposed to their financial bottom line. I have happily recommended this office to friends, and have never heard or seen anything negative in all the time I have been a client. Thank you for being there!

I'm new to this clinic; became a client in November. A week before Christmas, our Dog became quite ill! Doctors and Staff took very good care of our pooch.. Dog had to stay for IV, blood work and X-Rays. Thought the worst; but was reassured a positive outcome...We took him home and all was well. The Doctor called us first thing in the morning to see how we all were doing! So kind of him! Even encouraged a phone call if he became ill again! Thanks so much for the efforts and caring! I have been bringing my 2 dogs and 2 cats, as well as my family's pets to this hospital since they opened. I have never been so happy with any other vet. These doctors will only ever give me a quote of what is expected to pay, AND I must sign the quote before leaving my pet with them. They are always honest, straight forward and compassionate. They've also been great with my aggressive dog. The staff is always helpful and knowledgable. My pets dont mind going there because they are treated as family members. I dont mind going there because their prices are decent. best vets by far!

Excellent care. I have had the pleasure of visiting this hospital for services for my dogs since they first opened. I have now moved up country but visit my daughter down here to coincide with my dogs annual dental and immunization needs. I wouldn't be able to keep my pets if their charges were as high as they are up country. I cannot thank them enough! From the front desk to the back rooms excellent!

Took our cat here after she had an accident and our normal vet was no longer open. Were immediately told the cat needed to stay overnight at an exorbitant rate for an IV. Called the emergency line at our normal vet and went in for an after-hours visit, medication and practical advice for a fraction of the cost of the IV - RIP OFF!

This clinic ripped me off completly... I had a second opinion done after my dog had been there overnight with IV antibiotics to find out she didn't see any of it!!!! Don't take your pet here please!

I took my cat here because she lost a lot of weight, wasn't eating and was throwing up blood. After a blood test, the vet determined that it was one of 2 things and wanted to do both an x-ray and an ultrasound at $400 each to determine exactly which of the two things. When I said I didn't have the money for that and asked what the treatment for the two possible problems were, I was told that the cure was the same medication for both possible problems!!! At that point, I asked for a prescription, gave it to my cat, she got better and I will never return! Why put my cat under the stress of an xray and an ultrasound and charge me $800 when the solution is the same!!! What a crook!

My dog had a limp in his left front leg, and was oozing some type of fluid from an area near the elbow. The leg was also swollen. It was a Sunday and my regular vet would not be available til Tuesday, so I decided to take him here. I had been to see them a couple of times before for a minor item (draining anal glands) and had no complaints. The vet briefly examined my dog and said he would need to be sedated and have a set of x rays taken. Cost would be $180.00. I questioned him, asking if it wasn't more likely an infection from a wound. He said that the position of the leg when the dog was standing indicated a joint problem. I still was doubtful, but since I have vet insurance I agreed. 5 hours later when I picked him up, sure enough the x rays showed nothing, and Dr Singh prescribed antibiotics and anti-inflamatories. I feel I was ripped off to a degree. Also, my regular vet always calls a few days later to check up. No follow up from these guys. Won't be back.

you really need to re-evaluate how you treat people when they are bringing their animal in to be put down. Last night we had to put down are dog of 2 yrs. Instead of being put in a room for are privacy WE had to stay in the waiting room for over 35 minutes.unbelievable!! the grief of having to make the decision for our dog and then to be treated in such a callous way has only deepened our sorrow.You need to treat grieving owners with respect.Our last moments with her was shared with total strangers in the waiting room. Disgusting!!!

I went to this vet a few times with my cat and I wasn't very happy with them at all. I went to them 3 times with my cat that had a bad ear infection and a problem with scratching her neck badly. I ended up switching vets since they never really fixed the problem and the new vet helped my cat in ONE visit. I wouldn't go to this vet ever again.

The other day i took my cat to the doctor thinking it is a new clinic with low rates. However, once i was given the final bill it was blown out of proportion. They added number of things on top of what i was quoted. Not only did i walk out of there with spending twice as much but the initial problem with my dog had gotten much worse. One of the doctors isn't too bad. It is a new clinic but not experienced staff. Hope my incidence with the clinic helps you and your pet.

I just took my dog to this hospital last night for the annual shots. The place is nice and clean, staff is very helpful, and didn't even take up to 10 mins wait for the doc. Dr. Singh was extremely gentle to my dog when giving the shots. Both staff and doc did recommend what's better for my dog but always in the best interest for the dog but I didn't feel pressured when I didn't chose to do so. Pricing is good, very affordable compare to many other places. After the shots, he let our dog stay there and monitor her for 30 mins to see if any allergic reaction came up. It was first time seeing Dr. Singh, and he's definitely the doc we want.

I found this animal hopital on the newspaper when I got my puppy.When we got there I was very happy to find it clean and the vet there was very nice and did not want to change you as much as the other vets did for the same treatment.And they did not charge you a fee for going in and geting your dog shots like the other places.This animal hospital is the best!!!And would recomed this to anyone!

I found this clinic from an add in the paper and took both my dogs in for dentals.I was very pleased with the service and the reasonable price.My dogs were very relaxed with Dr Singh and they both recovered well.My retired vet even took a dog there and was very happy too.One of my dogs has recently had a cancerous tumour removed by Dr Singh. He is now working closely with me in a very new chemotherapy pill treatment just out by Phyzer.He has been very conciencous about following all the recommendations by Phyzer re the weekly blood samples etc and wanted to be sure I knew exactly what I was getting into at the outset as well as explaining the cost involved.Being a realistic pet owner I weighed up the options and with some good feedback from my longtime friend and retired vet we are forging ahead with treatment.I can assure you the costs at any other clinic would prohibit this.I decided my 8 yr old buddy was worth the $1500 or so it will cost.I am very happy with the service here

I don't know what the poster below is referring to. While yes the exam rooms are not huge, it is a basic office that provides the essentials. I am a firm believer that there are too many vets out there who jump to do all kinds of tests and treatments before finding out the real problem essentially "stealing" money from clients. Dr. Singh and Dr. Sharma have a no-nonsense approach and have always provided my pets (dogs and cats) the best treatment without taking advantage of me like I have seen done by other vets in the past. The clinic may be small but the service and caring is HUGE! If you want a vet who is truly committed to the care of your pet without over inflating the prices, you certainly will be able to find this there and the small exam room will be the least of your worries. Dr. Singh and Dr. Sharma have helped us more than once, our pets are our kids and they mean the world to us.

You get what you pay for is SO true. I brought my cat in as he was peeing blood. The vet in the tiniest exam room ever never took his temperature, no real exam, took 2 hours to get a urine sample, and they don't even test it in house!!! They have to send it to the lab! I have never seen a clinic that doesn't do basic urinalysis in house. Now my cat has to wait another 24 hours before he gets his medicine. The vet insisted we wait for the urinalysis. Since its not a culture he will prescribe a broad spectrum antibiotic anyways.I will pay an extra few dollars for a proper exam, with a temperature, by a vet in a clinic with trained staff.

Dr. Sharma & Dr. Singh are awesome! We've had a few emergencies with our puppy and they were awesome in helping her get back up to her perky self. Prices for their services didn't put us in the poor house either (thank goodness) and the late hours of business came in handy as we rushed our puppy into the vet at 11:30pm. The followup calls are so sweet and make me feel confident that both vets genuinely care for our pets. I would totally recommend Thunderbird Animal Hospital.Good luck!!!

I took my dog to this vet twice now and was extremely pleased both times with this vet. I love their no nonsense approach to veterinarian care. When my previous vet retired I visited all the vets in the area in close proximity. I found myself feeling most comfortable with these vets. I feel they give you honest good care. My first visit my dog was there for two days being hydrated from eating something toxic ... second time I had them remove a tumor from her mammary gland and dental cleaning under anesthetic. Both times my dog came home and recovered well and I still had money left in my bank account. I would highly recommend this vet without apprehension.

Dr. Singh was very personable and not eager at all to recommend pricey procedures, his "let's take this one step at a time" attitude was great. When my dog quickly deteriorated, he did not beat around the bush and I knew from his demeanor that he was not trying to make money but was genuinely concerned about my pet and a quick decision had to be made. My dog stayed several extra days and the price was not ridiculously inflated like I have come to expect. A follow up phone call the night we took him home really made me feel good about who I am trusting to care for my best friend. A visit several weeks later with my cat yielded the same results, genuine concern, a quote that was lived up to, value for my dollar and once again a follow up phone call several times that week. If you are looking for concern, great care and good value, I highly recommend this clinic.
