I found the staff at this vet to be rude, unethical and unprofessional. A senior staff member seems to be the worst offender but the tone she sets filters down to the staff. The vets themselves seem pretty good though they are definitely in a hurry to move on to their next patient. They are very high priced compared to other vets in the area.

Our dog has been a patient of Dr. Brown's for more than 10 years, and we have consistently received the highest quality care, love, and support. The office is very friendly, helpful and pleasant, and I wouldn't dream of taking a pet anywhere else. We just lost our dog unexpectedly, and the outpouring of support from Dr. Brown and the office was overwhelming. Once we are ready, we'll have to get a new pet, just so we can keep visiting the office!

The staff at Canfield is so personable, knowledgeable, and caring. It's a small practice that cares about every patient, and I love that they don't have to look at a file to remember who your pet is and what their history is. They can get you in quickly in an emergency, they remind you when your pet needs his next vaccinations, and their prices are competitive. I would strongly recommend them to any pet owner and lover.

This is a place where the staff really honestly cares about the well-being of you and your pet. I've never encountered such personal & caring service, not to mention how knowledgable they are & up to date with technology. It's like one big happy family.
