We took our two dogs there for a two week stay, the staff was slow and it took them 20 minutes to tell me that the vet records that I had dropped off two weeks prior were not detailed enough. At first the receptionist told me that I would be required to have both of my dogs revaccinated. But since I knew they were up to date on their vaccinations I refused, finally they said that they would call my normal vet to get a more detailed version the next day. I thought ok, if that is the only hiccup then no problem. My husband and I go on our vacation and return to pick up our dogs to find that one had not been given his medicine for a heart murmur ( counted the pills before and after). He came home with a terrible cough that I had never heard before the stay. The other dog was very dehydrated and had a gash on his nose. It was awful, I can't believe we trusted our dogs with these people.
