I quit using this clinic because of the rudeness of the staff and the long waits to see a vet. I had waited over 30 minutes to see the vet with my cat , and suddenly a friend of the veterinarian showed up with her dog!! She walked right in to the exam room while I continued to wait!! It was not an emergency. life!! Some of the staff members are so unfriendly that if you say "Hello" to them they look away or walk away!! I decided I do not need so much drama in my life
