Each time I've taken my dog in for a procedure, they've messed up! When she was spayed after I took her home the internal stitches started poking out of her skin and had to be cut off. Also, they didn't check to see if she was already microchipped (she was) and inserted a 2nd microchip AND charged me for it! Then, when she got her rabies shot, there is now a huge lump where the needle was inserted. Then we went back for her booster shots and the back-up vet (my vet was out on a call) was rude; she told the vet. tech. to put me in the room with my dog and instead of coming in to see my dog and then the vet tech took my dog away and left me in the room so I couldn't even ask any questions about what was going on with the lump on my dogs leg!! And they want me to bring my dog back to look at her leg in a few weeks. I'm not taking my poor puppy back there!!

When the Veterinarian asks if you have more questions say "No!" Three questions cost me an additional $25 in addition to the exa.

This Office refuses to allow you to buy prescribed meds elsewhere as they will not give you a written prescription. They charge a premiem for their supplies.

They're very kind and loving to our pets as well as to us in a crisis. Staff and facilities are always clean and profesional. A wounderful place.
