Yet another pet save by Rosebank animal hospital. We have had some “ruff” times with our pets and Rosebank Staff have risen to the challenge yet again and made life saving diagnosis with the after care required for successful outcomes. Thanks again we”ll see at check up time.

My 15 year old cat recently had some emergency issues. I called Rosebank Animal Hospital because that's where I took my kitties previously. Dr. Sher answered the phone and I found out that the Shaw's had sold their practice. Dr. Sher took us right away and was very gentile and kind to Indie. He fully explained what the problems might be and answered all of my questions. He took some blood and called me right away the next morning. I would recommend his services highly!

Rosebank Animal Hospital recently changed their owners and the new veterinarian has made some great changes. The prices are affordable, the staff are extremely friendly and caring, and he truly does take the time to ensure that the client understands what is happening with their pet. It is worth noting that this is a fairly small clinic and was always more of a "family-run" business; I find no downside to this but it might not be your cup of tea

Front staff is very nice too bad Dr. Shaw (lady) isnt! She very rude and judgmental, only wants your money! They are ridiculously VERY VERY overpriced for all their charges

10 minutes in office to get ear drops. Cost over 200 dollars! Outrageous!

The front staff are amazing! But that alone won't keep me there. The Dr.s always seem to rush me in and out and the woman Dr. is the rudest person I have ever met. The prices are the highest I have ever seen and they go up every year. I will not return and advise no one else does either.

The front staff are fantastic! It's a husband/wife vet team. The husband is a lunatic. We spent more time listening to him go on about his daughters that focused on our pets. After going there for four years with our dog and cat they still didn't remember us.....or our animals. Switched vets two years ago and now our pets get treated first class.

I found Rosebank to be a bit pricey for the service they offered. Our dog was taken in and taken care of, but the bill was ridiculous. They will overcharge for their services.
