The staff was very friendly. However a recent change in either vets or ownership creating some VERY disturbing problems. We showed up with our puppy for her 2nd set of shots and they asked us if it was her first or second. We said second and they went on to tell us that they had no records or paperwork. How scary is that? And our most recent visit the Vet offered to cut our dog's nails. It wasn't until after the fact that she tagged on TEN DOLLARS for a five second job. Next time I'm trying Galloway or Mays Landing which have good reviews on this site.

All staff very nice and personable. They treat and talk to you and your family member (your pet) as if you were their own family. I have been using this vets office for 10 years, however during an emergency situation I went to another vet and was very, very disappointed. After a very horrible miss-diagnosis at this other vets office, the staff at Ocean Heights listened, taught and treated my dog without talking down to me. The facilities are very clean, just a little worn and small. I got an appointment right away and there is no wait. The only reason I rated the Monetary Value a 4 and not a 5 is, let’s face it, no one really wants to pay when it comes to it. Prices are very very reasonable. I highly, highly recommend this office to anyone. I even talked a neighbor out of leaving them in favor of a vet she only heard rumors about.
