Please find a different vet!!! This veterinary clinic does NOT put animals first, vet administered shots to my dog saying NOTHING ... She ended up having to go back in and the vet said oh yeah it's from the shot but it's in a good place if we have to amputate her leg! I'll call you in a weeks time if it's not better she will need to come back... Weeks passed and no phone calls... Until they started hounding me phone and email telling me my dog was old enough to be fixed and I need to call ASAP to book an apt! Called to make an apt to get her seen and they refused their own patient stating its more of an emergency issue- five other vets were astounded by my vet refusing care!! I have given them so Much money!!! Will never go back! If you care about your pets please go somewhere else!!!!

I didn't even get to see a vet at this practice. I wanted a second opinion about a condition my dog has. I called them, asked for an appointment. Was given a specific appointment. We drove to the other end of the city for this appointment and when we got there were told we had no appointment and the vet was gone for the day. Not a good first impression! I think if this is the way they operate their practice we don't really want to go to a place like that anyway. Disappointing!

On my first visit to Bridgeview and Dr. Saini, I was quite impressed. I went there to have entropion surgery on my dog and the doctor offered me an alternative procedure to the surgery that another vet could perform. He even called the other vet to get more info and gave me the number. Plus they did not charge me anything for this visit which was very decent of them! Would go ahead and go there again in a minute!

Love the staff at Bridgeview and Dr. Paul is the best! The girls at the counter show interest in my pet and me as soon as we walk through the door. The facility is clean and seems to be functional. Wait time is minimal and fees are reasonable. Dr. Paul uses the utmost care when handling my pet and is very thorough in his examinations. He provides detailed information to me on the best care for my pet. I feel that I am qualified to stand by my rating as my pack has been treated by Dr. Paul for years now. We have had check ups, shots, surgeries, overnight stays, rehydrations, flus..you name it, he's treated it and all to my outmost satisfaction. If you're looking for a miracle, pray. If you're looking for a vet that will care for your pet as his own, check out Bridgeview Animal Hospital for yourself!

If you could rate this vet Dr Saini a zero i would. i wouldn't recomend them to anyone. i had my dog fixed here they sent her home the same day with a cone a list of instructions and no medication i brought her back not liking her incision they took out her external stitches and said she was fine it looked a little irritated because of my fault for letting her be too active and lick at it. She wore her cone all the time like they told me to do and she was in a kennel most of the time so very unlikly it was my fault a couple other people took a look at her some frriends with dogs and a breeder all saying it does not look fine. so i took her to our regular vet for a second opinion. it was so infected that her would burst opened had pockets of fluid and she stopped eating. i had to get her surgery re-done. she is much better now thanks to the other vet.

First let me say no matter where I live, the trip is never to far to see Dr. Paul! Previously I was in Fort Erie and now I am in Hamilton and the draw to Niagara for me is not the Falls but Dr. Paul & staff at Bridgeview!
Dr Paul previously cared for my aging cat Becky. He cared for her as if she were his own. She had a thyroid condition, cataracts and at one point a nasty lump on her neck. She was 16 years old when he removed the lump from her neck and it was 1 mm off her juglar vein. It was amazing at the surgical skill and care he gave my senior kitty. Even after she came home, he called to check on her as it was such a fragile surgery for an animal of her age.
Three more years she lived, getting her blood checked every year to make sure her thyroid medication was at the proper level..no different than what my Dr. does for my thyroid condition.
I would higly recommend Bridgeview Animal Hospital

If you care about your pet - please, please read. I lost my beloved dog last night. Although Dr. Paul and staff are kind. They have not knowledge, especially about dogs. They try to up-sell and I felt it was a lot about money with them. While I understand everyone needs to earn a living - they also need to be diligent about care. She was brought to another vet as I didn't trust the care she was getting with them and found out she was over medicated. Now, seven weeks later, she died and I found out that her real illness was apparent in her last blood work with them over 6 months ago and should have been caught! I'm devastated and will always wonder now if her death could have been prevented had they bothered to check her blood work properly. Not a feeling I want anyone else to have.

We really like Dr.Saini. He's very kind and caring. Other vets that we have taken our dogs to don't even bother to speak to them. I know that may sound a bit silly to some but my dog is the patient and I believe it eases her fears if the doctor takes a moment to speak to her before beginning the exam.Dr. Sanai always makes a point of doing this and I really appreciate it. He uses a very gentle voice and approach.Furthermore, his exams, diagnoses and treatments have all been exemplary. A few times our dog has had allergic reactions and once a badly inflamed pad all of which were emergencies that occurred during business hours. Dr. Saini has always made time during his busy day to see her..none of this we're too busy today stuff. He has performed surgery and dental cleaning on our dog and I wouldn't hesitate to have him perform any required procedure.Where fees are concerned we have found Dr. Saini to be very fair.We are very happy to have found him.
