We've only gone here two times. The first time we went we saw Melissa McPhee. She was great! Very friendly and she took her time with my dog who was kinda nervous. She even sat out in the waiting room and gave my dog treats (freeze dried liver...yum!). Loved her! The second time we went wasn't as good of an experience. I don't recall which Vet we saw but she wasn't as personable as McPhee. It wasn't a bad experience by any means, it felt like this vet was more "down to business" than the other. I can't recall who it was though. Both times we were able to get in out in a short amount of time. Both times the appointments were made in the afternoon which is great for those of us who work nights; you don't have to get up super early to get into the doc. The examine room was a little cramped but it wasn't that bad if the door is left open. Otherwise it's stuffy. The visit was neither cheap nor expensive. Middle of the road I guess. Overall I am pretty happy with this place.
