My previous dog and I enjoyed many years of excellent service at the old facility until her passing in 2020, which was handled beautifully and compassionately.
I transferred my new dog to Clayburn Pet Hospital after trying a practice much closer to my home. It was such a relief to have my dog treated by someone I have the utmost confidence and trust in. We won’t be going anywhere else now, that’s for sure!
The facilities are top-notch, all the staff we interacted with were lovely and the care my dog received was second to none. Dr Katz is a very knowledgeable veterinarian who explained everything to me as we went along. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I was blessed to find This veterinary clinic yesterday, while my dog was in distress. I contacted the veterinary clinic that I took my dog to for the past 10 years, and they told me to find another place because “all the vets are booked today”. I was devastated to be treated this way after so many years of going there. Meko has always been an amazing patient and I, a very good client. From the phone call to see if they could see Meko,to entering into Clayburn Pet Hospital, and the entire inclusion of their services, I am grateful for both competent Veterinarians in the diagnosis and process in sending my Meko over the rainbow bridge. Of my 44 years of dealing with veterinarians, this clinic is platinum for all the staff. .

I have been to many vet hospitals and this is by far the best!! The staff are excellent with my dog, Astra, who gets genuinely excited to walk through the front door! I love their new location on Gladwin Road. The hospital is so clean and up to date with laser surgery and laser therapy and they run tests in house to save time! I recently moved to Lillooet but am still commuting to bring my pets here!! Doctors Rocio and Katz are definitely the best vets around!!

Dr Katz is a fantastic, caring vet that has the well being of your pet first and foremost. The hospital is brand-new and has state of the art technology to diagnose and treat many situations on-site. Highly recommended.

Staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Katz is knowledgeable, professional, and gentle with my animals, even the fractious ones. She also takes whatever time is necessary to examine the animal and their history. Appointments have always been on time. This is a clinic that actually does care about your pet. I highly recommend this clinic.

All the staff at Clayburn are wonderful. Katz has got to be the most sincere, caring and compassionate vet I have ever met. My dog loved her from the first moment he met her. Katz' surgical skills are first rate, she has the confidence and experience to take on difficult and uncommon procedures. I was greatly comforted with her calls and messages to follow up on her patient post surgery... Katz was referred to me by one of her long time clients who has brought all his pets to her over many many years. I will gladly drive over an hour out to Abbotsford to bring my dog to Clayburn. Monetary value - excellent... I left my previous vet after a year of over billing and feeling taken advantage of every visit. I was stunned at how reasonable the costs are at Clayburn.

My sister highly recommended Dr Katz; she was bringing her pets from Burnaby.I first met Dr Katz about 8+yrs ago on an emergency visit when she treated my seriously ill cat who continued to be misdiagnosed & treated by another vet. If it hadn't of been for her he would have died! Needless to say I'll never go to another vet but Dr Katz Pillar!! My cat Panda lived to 18. Dr Katz continues to display her professionalism, exemplary knowledge & sincere caring of my pets. She has saved my 3.5yr old cat Velcro 2x in the past 3yrs & most recently has aided us dramatically with our 15yr Huntaway, Roxy. My parents were clients until their dog passed & my father in-law is a current client. Her facilities are well equipped & she has u present in everything she is doing. She doesn't rush her examines nor pushes u to make haste decisions. She devotes her time to her patients thus unexpected can run behind - wouldn't want it any other way!! Dr Katz is by far the best vet I've ever dealt with.

This hospital is a five. The staff are courteous, helpful and friendly. The Vet, Dr Katz, is an extremxely compassionate and caring person. She has gone above and beyond the norm with the cware of my animals. She never rushes through our appointments, and consistently and accurately diagnoses my pets,' medical problems with her sate of the art medical equpment. I highly recommend Caybun op pet hospital

I have always had amazing experiences with my animals here. They go above and beyond, I have always left feeling reassured and confident in the care my animals received and the knowledge I need for continued care at home. On more then one occasion I have been able to phone and or go in on non hospital hours with unfortunate emergencies when my sneaky animals have gotten themselves into trouble which has been so so appreciated to know they care and are available. I have and will continue to highly recommend them to anyone whom loves their animal and want the highest care and respect for them!

Took my Rotti to Dr. Katz after seeing her treat my Dad's senior Great Dane. Completely impressed with her patience, her detailed explanations, and her thorough treatment. My Rotti is always nervous with strangers, so nervous the last vet was never able to properly examine her ears, so she had a constant ear infection. With Katz's patience & treatment she is now infection free for the first time in years. So incredibly grateful! My Rotti is now so comfortable with Katz she gives her kisses!! All it took was someone to take the time to gain her trust.

Dr Pillar treated my chihuahua for a bad allergic reaction. She did an emergency call and then stayed up till 11 pm caring for her. She has since been available whenever I have called. I wish we lived closer so she could be our regular vet.

Katz recently took in my brothers cat as an emergency case. She dealt with emergency care and substancial aftercare even though I could not get in to pay the account right away. Thanks to her the cat is alive and well when other clinics refused to provide service. Thanks Katz and Alana!

Katz and her team did a wonderful job for me and my cat. She kept him in good health and ensured that he lived to a healthy old age. She was there for us at every step. She has the latest technology but retains the individual service and knows each animal and his guardian very well. She is a super vet.

Dr.Katz is an amazing vet. She truly cares about the animals and is very thorough. We have never waited more than 10 minutes and we are always greeted with a smile. She does NOT nickle and dime you and even gives me a break once in awhile which is greatly appreciated. I have no hesitation in recommending her to everyone.

She did an eye exam on my dog and all I could see were her dirty fingers, black crud under her finger nails. She yelled at her receptionist and rolled her eyes at her it made me very uncomfortable.

staff always make time for you no matter what. Even if she is running late she will always give a thorough check up and never rush you. Great service and my dog portia loves her thats all I need After all my pet goes through with allergies and the regular things she is still excited when you say lets go see Dr Katz . Glad we found her

Dr.Katz Pillar is wonderful with animals. We will not go anywhere else. Mission Vet told us our 9 year old rotweiler/lab possibly had a rectal tumor and we wanted a second opinion. Dr.Katz said there is no way this young happy dog is dying of a tumor and it turns out to be tissue damage at the tailbone which we will treat with anti-inflammatories and go from there. She spent 3.5 hours of her day with us(on 2 hours notice) doing many tests and was very fair with cost. She really care about each pet that comes into her clinic. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else.
