they take your animal back and won't let you go back till you pay a huge fee for work they supposdely did, you don't see the work so you don't know if they did the work or not. I took my sick cat there one night emergency call and they wanted over $1,000 to help him from being over heated from being in a garage, they put him in a too hot cocoon thing and had a tube on his nose, I never saw the IV we paid for or any work, all I saw was him on a table and about 6 employees about 6 yards away all laughing having a fun conversaton while my cat was laying ther dying no one came over to talk to me about my cat or anything I got a call about 39 min later saying he needs to be put to sleep his toung is hanging out of his mouth.

I have been taking my dogs and cats to Cascade for 25+ years. They offer the best service around, always willing to research more on strange illnesses that arise. They are very ethical, do a lot of dog and cat rescue in the community, and all of the staff greets pets and their owners happily. I have never been unhappy with the way they handle my pets or diagnose problems. They charge according to the amount of work necessary to resolve a problem, have plenty of staff on hand, and the facilities are spotless and landscaped beautifully. The veterinarians that are employed must must mesh well with the existing staff and it is apparent they all enjoy their work and their partners at the clinic. If I have an emergency they work me into their schedule and have been known to clear their non-emergent appointments to accomodate my more urgent situation. I wish I could find a physician for myself that I trusted as much!
