Oh,this place is where I took my dog after I adopted her from a shelter(APL Cleveland) because it was in my neighborhood.My next door neighbor said she goes there with her dog.My dog's experience was terrible.The asian woman vet was not so nice.She didn't bond with my dog..not even talk to her..just pulled out her fur and shot her up with a shot.My dog bit the vet tech.No consideration of animals with this place.Only was there at the end of 2009 & beginning of 2010.The vet tech at that time had a "I know what I'm doing attitude" rather than letting the owner hold their dog.The front desk personnel have a "cocky attitude" as well. Haven't been there since that situation with my dog.

since changing hands ( new vet bought) its a horrible place. Now they nickle and dime you to death. They push un needed procedures and blood work. The vet tech is a " know it all" attitude. Definately changing vets. Prices are way too high and the care is poor. Vet is good as far as diagnosing but not so much with surgery. Owner is ok but just too too expensive and doesnt keep current pushes vaccines when not needed

FANTASTIC VETS Dr. Conni and Dr. Bumba are the best. Staff is great. This is one hospital where the doctors and staff alike really CARE ABOUT ANIMALS. I would not trust my beloved animals with ANYONE else. Although they do not control the prices as they are not the owners of the practice, they are the most caring people I have had the chance to work with and take my animals to. I would trust my pets in their care 100% and do. This is the one and ONLY vet i would leave my pets with and feel they are going to be cared for completely and with love. They would never abuse an animal EVER like so many of the other hospitals have done and what i have seen. If you want a caring place this is it .
