Do NOT go here. They just charged us twice as much as we were charged for the same procedure at another VCA. Extremely greedy. Don't trust them with your pets.

Yeah, try not to go here! Got blown off by surgeon and doc I was supposed to get a second opinion with, she did a failed etube that got infected and surgeon nor internist never even made the considerate effort of explaining or going over my poor suffering cats prognosis meds or anything.....they stuck me w with an intern. Very expensive for harmful poor care I’ll never really know the truth of what my dearest sweetest cat went through...this place is awful! I’ll have to try n explain more later I’m suffering.........

disgraceful, the entire experience treadmill to an inflated bill from the moment you walk in the door. Disgracefully expensive, disgracefully rude staff, nice vet though.

Would not recommend Dr. Hamilton. He was not helpful and wasted our money and time.

I gave a less than stellar rating to the staff as they can be ornery. However, Dr. Kittrell is a rare gem of a doctor who actually loves her job and animals. She is thorough and will explain everything about your dog's condition, and in our case, saved our dog's life many times over. She also helped me through the grieving process as this was my first dog ever. It was heart wrenching when he died, and she asked for pictures of him for her file, and sent me a card afterwards. I don't think I'll ever get over his death, and the fact that he died alone without me or his vet there added to the grief. I don't know what happened, but i found blood all over him, which had never happened in the years i went there. some techs are great, and others can harm. one shaved my dog's tail instead of his back when he had a hot spot, & this caused weeks of pain. The tech should have been fired, but instead they charged me for a visit for damage the tech had done! be careful! Also, very pricey.

This place saved my cat! Dr Kittrell and Dr Goodwyn are wonderful. Very knowledgeable vets and good communication. Pricey but if you have a very very sick animal we highly recommend them!!
