Tried to charge me a 200 emergency fee during her regular business hours. I would understand if it was after hours, but I don’t understand when she was open. She is just a money grab.

Brought my cat in as he was not eating for approximately 6 days. I was told by the vet that he has a fever and needed specialty food along with dental care products. No other tests we done. After 240$ I returned home with antibiotics to treat his “fever”, new food for urinary tract infections (which when I asked if he had an infection I was told no but it is better food for him), as well as some seemingly unnecessary dental tools. I followed every instruction I was given. After a couple days I could tell he was still sick and decided to make an appointment with another vet. During the week things got progressively worse , his stools were pure liquid and he had lost a good amount of weight. My cat did not seem like himself at all. As of today my cat passed away. I was heart broken as the staff offered me no comfort and tried to turn the blame away from them. They couldn’t answer any of my questions, when I had asked for further tests. Don’t bring your animal here.

Never again.Overcharged almost twice what other Vets were charging for the same procedures.Money hungry and looking for any cent they can get out of their clients.-Try anywhere else for actually caring about your pet and not just your wallet.

Would never go back. >:( over charged, left. My dog in pain for 2 days before she fixed him up. She was rude again I would never go back there.

Got an estimate for my cat. Explained she had very bad ear mites, and I needed her shots/vaccinations. They told me the "Worst case scenario would cost $250 MAX". I bring my cat in there, as I filled out paper work I said "Oh I didnt put my cell number on it, do you guys need it?" She said no. I left and went to my physio appt. Come back to get my cat. There's a $323 bill waiting for me, and my cat had NOT been vaccinated. $73 OVER the MAX amount they told me, and my cat didnt get vaccinated?I kept trying to ask how the bill came to this, when they told me $250 max. They wouldn't answer the question, kept deflecting to something else. Also, they wouldn't bring my cat out from the back until I paid the bill in full. I spoke to another vet and they said the same procedure would have been $129 + meds. They told me there's NO WAY it would amount to $200. I got lied to, ripped off, and did NOT receive the services I went in for. They did not call me to ask if it was okay to rack up a bil.

Costs were over 150% of estimate.Nearby vet clinic charges half as much. They tried to deflect as they couldn't explain the huge difference in the estimate and the actual cost.-Big rip off. I would definitely NOT recommend!

i went in there knowing that my dog had worms i worked with animals my whole life. I had to tell the vet what the worms where and show here as she was trying to tell me that he did not have worms.she gave him his shots and also the deworming meds a few months later he was looseing weight so i brought in back in again and was told he was fine this went on a for a couple of weeks when finally i got that mad i went in and demaded test to be done. saldy my dog died the night after his last vet visit. we are still fighting to get the resaults of his final blood tests.

I have always recieved great care from Dr Hampton and her staff. One of the reasons I love going there is the cleanliness of the hospital. Other reasons are the helpfull staff and lastly but certainly not the least, the professional care given by Dr Hampton! It is a warm, caring and friendly atmosphere and most of all my pets just love it there.

there for your money said charged me 40 bucks to look at mty dogs poo then said she had worms paid 65 bucks for medicine and she didnt even have worms said my VERY good food ( first 3 ingredients is meat and NO grain) sells me****ty food second ingredient was corn then wheat JUNK shes there for your money n thats it dont send your pet there

My niece just lost her beloved cat. Misdiagnosed by this vet lead to unnecessary surgery and ultimately being euthenized. I'd like to know why a) the endoscopy equipment wasn't functional and b) how any "physician" can mistake a respiratory issue as being gastrointestinal. This cat went through needless surgery and suffering all for what? My guess: $$$$$.

Hampton Hospital is very clean and staff have always been helpful and accommodating even during an emergency (which we've had a few ) . Dr Hampton is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain procedures to us . She is helpful with recommending actions and behaviors that will maintain our dog's health . She has been our Vet for over 20 years and all our pets have been loved and well looked after by Dr Hampton and her Staff . We and our Pets Thank You.

The staff are compasionate and caring. The Hospital is clean and smells good. Appointments are on time unless an emergency arises, then they are asked if a better time is availble. The fees are reasonable and appropriately charged, not overcharged.

The staff were all ok, except for the veterinarian. She was rude, fake, ignorant and completely incompetent. She was out for money, money, money and showed no compassion or empathy when we were losing our beloved dog. If you love your pet, do NOT take him/her there.
