Did a lot of research in summer 2010 before getting our dogs. Animal Medical Center in Trappe staff was the most interested in our thoughts/concerns; I never feel rushed, and every time I go there, I'm impressed by how clean it always is. Our research focused on 4 highly rated, well reviewed Veterinary centers. Visited all 4: 1 center that was particularly well reviewed was quite inexpensive: I was not at all comfortable with their cleanliness or with the veterinarians - seemed rushed. The other 3 were similarly priced(fairly high). The center closest to me had only 2-3 veterinarians - none were on duty when I went in for my scheduled tour. In the end Animal Medical Center in Trappe made me the most comfortable to bring our new dogs. A year later I am very glad we chose Animal Medical Center as our veterinarian.

While the staff was very nice and the hospital itsself was extremely well laid out and clean,I felt that my appointment was almost rushed and that certain prices were too high.

Animal Medical Center's team of vets and support staff is just fantastic. Top-notch care for all animals, and THE BEST avian vets around. They take the time to explain the whats and whys and truly care about the pets and their people. We're going on 10 years with them and wouldn't think of switching!
