This vet refused to send my dogs records to a new vet because of a conflict where they gave me two used doghouses and then later after a personal falling out asked for them back. When I got a new vet , he ask to see the results of a liver panel in order to put my dog under safely. This vet refused to fax the results unless I returned the doghouse. It is my belief that even if I owed them millions , the dogs potential health is much more important than their personal feud with me. I also contend it is illegal to blackmail someone like that on a monetary dispute. Having worked for them I can tell you they are not focused on owners or their animals health and are not generally compassionate. Avoid this vet.
