Disclaimer: In my 30+ years of existence on this planet, it is only extreme circumstances do I feel compelled to share a story in hopes to save a small amount of other people's time, money and regret from my own objective (factual) experience. Yes, you may look at the length of my feedback and move on, but I truly hope you spend just a few minutes reading to avoid the HUGE mistake for your animal as I did trusting Mattydale Animal Hospital with my pet(s). Needless to say, I have been a "customer" (not a client or dog's are "patients" of this so-called clinic. First of all, calling this establishment anything more than an upselling, money-grubbing animal house would be a blatant LIE. Suffice to say, I took my pets routinely to these people for over 10 years and throughout this time most of the staff was either rude or too busy to even crack a smile, let alone even know any of thier "customers" or even show they care. Brought my dog in and during exam, she ripped her nail out. Accidents happen, but I was charged 20.00 extra for antibiotics. I believe they should have given me the antibiotics at no charge since the injury happened on their watch. I was informed that this was not possible because my dog's nails were too long and this is what caused her injury. They obviously were more interested in shifting the blame and getting 20.00 dollars rather than keeping a new customer and owning up to their responsibility for the situation. Very unhappy with this type of business attitude.

The Doctors and staff are the best. My Mamie need surgery on 3/26/13 the emergency clinic gave her a 50/50 chance with a "board certified surgeon". I choose against their wishes to have Dr. Leshkivich do the surgery. Mamie came through the surgery and with the loving care of Mattydale Animal Hospital of all the staff since then Mamie is recovering very well. I will always be grateful to them.

Very expensive. Will do major surgery than call you to come take your pet to a clinic that provides overnight care, never given the option to take him where 24 hour care available. More interested in the money than the pet. Sent my cat home 2 hours post op with no pain meds and no post op instructions other than bring him back in the morning. My cat had abdominal obstruction with many internal incisions and one 8 inch external incision. They made sure I paid up front first, $500.00 deposit it did not include post op visits which totaled well over $1,000.00. Steer clear
