I took my pets here for years and gratefully have found a good vet. The tech who I always seem to get was rude and so miserable. The owner I was told by one temp vey treats the staff like dirt and that's why the turnover in staffing is so high. All they care about here is making money. Do not bring your pet here.

Terrible clinic. It lacks in consistency. The doctors always change. I take my dog and cat there and this dr. Wolters thinks she owns the place. Too much ego and she constantly talks in circles. She seems like she thinks she knows alot , but i can tell she is not very competent at all. I had a neighbour that had a surgery performed by her and the dog didnt heal well AT ALL. Suture area looked poor. Theres also a 'tech' that is VERY rude on the phone and in person. Very condescending attitude. If she has worked there for 8 years you would assume she would know what is considered to be good customer service. I would NOT recommend this clinic to anyone.

Hello, my cat's name is Prince and this clinic accommodated me right away when I took him in for an emergency. The Doctor saw him first thing in the morning and was always available to answer the many questions I had for him. The reception staff is very caring, and within a week my little boy was feeling much better.

The reception staff for this clinic are very helpful. I have to say they did accomodate my cat when he needed it,but my main problem with this clinic was with one Dr in particular. After he placed a cathater in my cat he didn't inform me any type of aftercare for my baby. He didn't even tell me that I had to bring my cat back in 5 weeks later for an important re-assessment. I had to call him numerous times to ask him questions because he gave me very limited information. I was very frustrated with this vet and would not be taking my cat back to them.

Terrible vets and terrible staff. Interestesd in the big $$$$$ and will try to push you to have all kinds of things done to your pet that they dont need.
