They would not fax my dog's prescription for soloxine so that I could buy it at a significantly lower price on line. They kept telling online pharmacy they would fax the prescription and then not do it. After two weeks of waiting I finally called the place online and they informed me that my vet had not yet faxed the prescription. They had sent me an email, but it went into my junk mail and I never saw it. I immediately called the vet to have them fax the prescription and they said the don't do that. This of course because they have a pharmacy in-house and can charge me 2.5 times what I can get it on-line for. I told the gal I would be down to pick up my dog's prescription. I also asked her why they didn't call me to say - hey we don't do that. She had no answer for me. They had no problem calling me to let me know, I had a .50 cent balance because they charged my card wrong. They should have had the courtesy to call me and inform me. They disgust me. Time for a new vet.
