9/1/14	1	4	4	4	As noted above, the front desk staff not only has an inappropriate attitude, but is a wealth of bad information. A cavalier attitude could have led to tragic results if I had listened to the staff. I have used this vet for 10 years and some of the doctors are very good. It is a shame that the effort to create a caring vet service is tarnished by ignorant young people.

2/9/11	5	5	5	5	I can't understand what the comment below was about the front staff at this hospital. This is the most gracious and caring staff I've met at any medical facility, including human medical doctors. They are compassionate and really know and listen to their customers. And everyone there loves, loves loves animals! Maybe the poster was someone who could just not be pleased and was argumentative.

9/15/10	1	5	4	2	desk staff has major attitude. went there for 31 years and would never go back. the practice has grown considerably and it's like a circus.
2/7/08	3	4	4	1	I have been using this vet for years. However My 10 year old dog was severly misdiagnosed with a heart probelm during a 5 minute $72 visit. We were luckily referred to a specialty center where her heart was determined to be normal and the correct diagnosis of intra abdominal hemmorhage was made and my dog was compassionaltely cared for and euthanized.
