I couldn't write more details because space was limited, but the clinic always stinks. The doctors - both of them - bring in their own pets and let them run loose and attack the customers pets. Dr Mark is sadistic and unfeeling. Dr Amy only cares about money. They are both lazy. After she made my poor little dog bleed just from an injection, I promised him he would never have to go there again.

I've boarded my dogs at A Small Animal Hospital for several years and I really appreciate the great care they receive. The staff really shows they love their work and my dogs. My schnauzers can be handfuls, but they love to go to their "home away from home." I feel good about leaving them in Dr. Amy and Dr. Mark's capable hands. I can really enjoy my vacation knowing they are being well cared for.

Staff seems to have high turnover, the doctors just creep me out. The clinic itself is dirty, smelly, and loud. Even the computers are old, so I don't want to know what their other equipment is like. I feel so bad for taking my dog here.

I have been taking my 3 dogs to Dr. Amy Besola for over 2 years. My dogs have always been diagnosed correctly. She explains the diagnosis and procedures for treatment. I have two dogs with allergies, and she kept telling me that we needed to consider trying different types of food - all I heard was "Expensive" - eventually I agreed to try the Royal Canin duck & potato - in two weeks, both dogs were symptom free of itching and chronic ear infections. The Vet fees are comparable to other vet facilities. My only problem is with the front desk - there seems to be a high turnover rate and their interpersonal skills range from ver kind to rude. Depends on who you get. I am pleased with the care and attention my dogs have received.

This was a HORRIFYING EXPERIANCE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! It is FILTHY & UNSANITARY! They have ZERO compassion, ZERO customer service skills, they are shady and misleading about prices and estimates, and do SLOPPY WORK! I would have paid TRIPLE had I known how bad this place was!
