Wellness checkups and shots are a pleasure at this Vet.Consultations are always welcome for any concerns I may have during my visits.Vet techs are friendly and understandably busy at times.Costs of procedures are quoted up front.This is one of the best Vets I have done business with over the years.

The front desk staff is your first contact and they need to get their act together; they do not cooperate and assist, they spin in circles while waiting to check out. After calling first thing in the morning, I was told to drop my puppy off because they did not have an appt yet the vet apparently had time to see him during the day. I was charged for out patient hospital care plus emergency services on a Wednesday of all days. These additional charges were absolutly not disclosed prior to dropping off my puppy. The vet refused to answer questions on the validity of the charges as the girls at the front desk handle this. The "girls" refused to answer specific questions about bill, throwing the notion that I needed to discuss this with the vet. I have no problem paying for services rendered, however, I cannot help but think that this guy has a good racket going when he should be provided fair services. There will be no repeat business.

I picked this clinic because the good reviews that I saw online. I took my kitten there because he had diahhrea and eye conjunctivitis. I called them at 7:30 am and got an appointment at 10:15 am on the same day. The clinic was very clean and homey. It is a small clinic, so I didn't see crowds of people and pets there which is good. I didn't need to wait at all. The nurse and the doctor was very caring and knowledgable. The doctor taught me how to put ointment into kitty's eyes without freaking him out. And also, he clipped the kitty's nails for me so I could get the job done much easier at home. Their charge is reasonable compared to what I quoted from other clinics. I will definitely go there again and recommend it to my friends.
