The worst vet in the area. I took my cat there to be fixed and they gave her shots that they never said they were going to give and were not authorized to give. I had not expected the huge additional cost, yet they told me they would not let me take my pet home unless I could come up with the money before they closed. It was 30 minutes before closing! The vet that we saw was very unprofessional and didn't seem to know what she was doing. She was not able to give the slightest intelligent answer to any of our questions. It didn't help that every 2-3 words she used the words, "you know" and "like". My daughter thought it hysterical and counted 43 times that she said "like" during our short visit. I'm not sure if that vet is still there. None of the staff that we interacted with was helpful or caring. They were only interested in money. There are much more caring veterinarians close to this location. This is your worst option in the Bloomsburg/Danville area.

I always feel like they're trying to sell me something here. I know it's for the good of my dog but they push it on me constantly.
I have boarded my dog here once, because her normal kennel was closed, and she came home smelling like she had laid in urine the whole weekend. After that I decided it was time for a change.
Recently I boarded her at her normal kennel and she must have been mad at me for going away because she went into her cage 4 times and the owner was getting upset she had to clean it 4 times. She called me asking me if she could transfer her to Leighow because she just didn't have the time to clean. I was 3 hours from home, so I had no choice. I came back to find that Leighow had gone ahead and given my dog her shots a few days early, without even calling me to tell me she needed them. Granted she did need them, but a phone call wouldve been nice. Showing up expecting to pay $12 for boarding and being told you owe $68 is quite a shock. I will never go there again.

They seem to focus more on money than on the animals. Attention to my dog seemed almost minimal. The Animal Care Center is right down the road and they are MUCH better.
