Click to report rating    9/18/10   5     5     4     4   I have had nothing but positive experiences with this clinic. Yes, the waiting room is VERY busy, and I have had to wait for a couple of hours a couple of times, but overall, the staff and vets were always courteous and compassionate. Of course, when our pets are in pain or need to leave us, we are upset and stressed, so I can understand the two unfavorable reviews from people may stil be grieving. In 2006, my dog was terminally ill over the Labor Day weekend. As he was suffering with intense pain, the staff was compassionate and helpful when my best friend needed to go on to a better place. Also, two weeks ago, a pregnant cat I had rescued went into labor. She seemed to have difficulty after her fourth delivery. The vet came on the line and was VERY helpful in explaining when I would know to bring Lucky into the hospital. She ended up doing just fine and I did not need to bring her to the hospital. The vet was SO nice -- I appreciated her patience and expertise. RID: 19788
Click to report rating    8/23/09   1     1     1     1   My dog had a seizure/stroke, and when we called they said to rush him over there. When we got there he was still having symptoms, but they made us wait for TWO hours before they would even see him. There were animals going in before him that just had diarrhea. When we got in I told the doctor/manager that I was upset that we were made to wait so long under the circumstances, and she was rude and condescending. She said she would "refer us to another clinic" if we weren't happy. WTF. She did a brief examination of our dog and said he "seemed fine," but that she would be happy to keep him overnight for observation for a obscene amount of money, or to do blood work for $150. Screw that. It was funny that I looked up everything online on my phone about my dog's symptoms while we were waiting, that we paid $60 to hear her say. This clinic needs to fall off the earth. Find somewhere else that understands priority, and actually knows how to treat their patients. RID: 13964
Click to report rating    7/1/09   1     1     1     1   This Vet should be closed! They misdiagnosed my Cat Sunday night and long story short he had to be put down the next morning by my regular vet, which I've been going to for over twenty years. No compassion, no appology, no way, stay away from this vet if you want to keep your pet alive and healthy. RID: 13342
