Facility was dirty, receptionist seemed cold and not very friendly,vet tech did not introduce self- we thought she was the vet until actual vet came in the room- whom was not the one we scheduled the apt with. When we comented (politely) the vet simply turned and left and the tech did state that getting other vet shouldn't be a problem. We sat in the room for nearly half an hour with no one to update us. Room was dirty, we looked at a thermometer in a jar in the room and it was dirty. Needless to say, we walked out. We do not recomend this facilty.
