	10/11/10	1	3	2	2	We had been going to this facility for almost 10 years now. Unfortunately after my experience today, I believe we will be finding another vet. I called to be considerate about the notices they sent - instead I was treated poorly. I hung up the phone crying. It is sad that when you are emotional due to an animal's condition, you are treated without compassion.
