This has got to be one of the WORST clinics around. Don't really know where to start, but here's a list:
1. They tried to gouge me. I noticed that my bill was much higher than anticipated; then when I checked carefully, i noticed that the vet charged me 3x as much for meds 2 weeks later because the prices "tripled." I made them refund me!
2. The vet, who is strangely enough the chief director, seriously MISDIAGNOSED my cat. Told me that my cat had absolutely no problems with his jaws, when he did: this was nearly fatal and later involved a $2400 surgery elsewhere.
