They deserve a -1 star. I took my sisters dog this afternoon and from the start they were extremely rude. Telling me to go outside because they don't know if she is contagious or not. the title in there business is called Cypress Creek "Animal Hospital". Don't call yourself a hospital if you don't have a protocol for emergencies. Personally I thought it was a front business for something else, that is how bad they made the experience for me. The tech couldn't draw blood right, most likely hurting my sisters dog in the process. A monkey could do a better job than any of these people have done.
