As time goes on the practice seems more and more interested in simply making money, the handouts, the suggestions, the upsells. The last straw was after my most recent appointment. I started getting ads from a pet insurance company I've never heard of, in both my email and text messages . When I called NVH to ask about it, they insisted they had actually done me a favor, and I should just ignore the ads if I wasn't interested. No apology, just attitude. They refused to give me a copy of their privacy policy. I doubt they even have one. Safeguarding their customer's personal information seems to be a much lower priority than pushing products and services from their various "partners". If I can't even trust them to safeguard my email address, how can I possibly trust them with my dog's health? How am I to know if their suggestions are actually in my dog's best interest or if they're just recommending whatever management ordered them to push this week?

The worst vet i have ever been to - they do not care about your pets, mine died and they could not figure out how it happened, then stuck me with a HUGE bill. when i went in to bring my other cat they refused to do business with me because i owed them $. They wouldnt even let me buy a colar for my cat. Very bad practice. would not recommend to my worst enemy.
