Dr. Jossens is great but the staff are rude, in person as well as on the phone. I am currently searching for a new vet which is too bad because Dr. Jossens is the best.

Unfortunately, the staff has driven me away. The clinic is very old and lacks updated equipment, so much of what I need is not able to be done there, anyway. Staff must not get messages to vet, and have had problems with no call backs, etc. Too bad... I pay too much for veterinary care to settle for poor service. Competition in this town is much better now, and the older clinics need to step it up to maintain their clients...

Clinic is old. Staff is really nice but not so efficient. I will say that Dr. Jossens is fantastic and is the vet I chose when my vet of 30 years retired. She is a superb surgeon, and a good diagnostician.

Staff behind the front desk can sometimes be very rude. Facility is old, but pretty clean. Veterinarians are very nice. Prices can be ridiculous at times - $45 for a quick 5 minutes visit to check cat's ears is too much. But neuter prices & other services are reasonable.
