staff wonderful and friendly! I flet right at home and my dog and cat loved their visit. we had sunch a good meeting we did boarding there too the following week and had a great expereince the yard is great and lots of socialization it was great to see love and pets everywhere

Staff is VERY RUDE and does not know how to be cordial to people with sick pets. They are one of the most expensive places around-- after checking out prices after a very bad experience. They feed on sad and worried pet owners to push expensive testing and medicine, exams, etc. Does NOT try to find best price and accomadate owner. Blonde haired lady at front desk rudely told me "PETS ARE EXPENSIVE". You can be assured pets are UNBELIEVABLY expensive when taken here. After upwards of $500 in total vet bill--- STILL NEVER got to see the actual Vet or even talk to her on phone. Please don't take any cats here-- they are definitely a dog place also- as the Vet does not own even one cat- and had 2 random dogs running around.
