I wish I can say good things about this veterinarian clinic, but too many things happened during the period of five years during service: the changed in staff was quite often, there was a lot of tenssion amont themselves, the owner would yell at the worker and even at me. that wasn't all, he did surgery on one of my dog and he wouldn't want to give pain killer to my dog in which he ended up dying few weeks later..another experience refusal to see the dog based on closing hours.

We have taken our dogs to this animal hospital for many years. The staff is caring and warm in their concern for all members of the family.

I couldn't find another facility in my area that offered such personal care.Not easy to find these days. Would never go to anyone else.

Dr. Ramirez, Dr. Dolan and the Grafton staff are the most caring, professional, and committed vets a pet owner can have. They have continuously gone above and beyond to take care of my cats medical issues and it is thanks to them that he is happy and healthy. Grafton is a vet that will treat you like family. They remember your name, call to check on your pet, and will love on your animals as they come in from everything to check-ups to doggy day care. I can't give Grafton a high enough recommendation!
