Overpriced. I feel like its all about the billing with them. How many extra services can they guilt you into buying with pressured sales tactics. Also feel like my animals were valued only as income makers. I am a long time customer and I can say it wasn't like this early on.

I love Grafton Animal Hospital! Being in the military can be tough on the pets too as they continuously have to visit new clinics as well. We brought our dogs here for boarding initially and were so impressed they became our veterinary clinic of choice! The staff is always friendly and the Doctors have been amazing. I know I am in good hands at Grafton Animal Clinic!

Kind staff, fair prices and a clean facility. The Doctors are well rated as cat specialists. We go past two Vet Clinics to see Dr. Frost at Grafton. Makes appointments to meet our schedule even on short notice. Our cats are well treated with little office room wait. Charlie is a kitten and Kitty Kat is almost 3 yrs. We switched when we moved from Smithfield and are pleased.

I wish I can say good things about this veterinarian clinic, but too many things happened during the period of five years during service: the changed in staff was quite often, there was a lot of tenssion amont themselves, the owner would yell at the worker and even at me. that wasn't all, he did surgery on one of my dog and he wouldn't want to give pain killer to my dog in which he ended up dying few weeks later..another experience refusal to see the dog based on closing hours.

I took my full-size Collie (looks like Lassie) for grooming. I gave them instructions for a summer cut. What I got was a TOTALLY shaved Collie with a razor cut on his neck that required antibiotics. Totally unprofessional grooming service. I was so upset with the condition of my poor Collie. It will take MONTHS for his hair to grow out. The refund they gave me doesn't help the poor dog.

We have been using Grafton for 10+ years. Our dog was a "special-needs" animal as she had personality problems. The staff at Grafton worked with us during every visit to ensure the best possible environment for our very special girl. When we had to make the difficult decision to put her to sleep they were very supportive. I would use them again for future animals in our lives.

Everyone is always very pleasant & helpful. I've never felt rushed. They make courtesy calls after appointments which really makes me feel like they care about me & my pets. I highly recommend this practice!!

Dr. Ramirez, Dr. Dolan and the Grafton staff are the most caring, professional, and committed vets a pet owner can have. They have continuously gone above and beyond to take care of my cats medical issues and it is thanks to them that he is happy and healthy. Grafton is a vet that will treat you like family. They remember your name, call to check on your pet, and will love on your animals as they come in from everything to check-ups to doggy day care. I can't give Grafton a high enough recommendation!

We board our beagle and sheltie here and have switch to this veterinarian. They boarding facilties are awesom. The indoor air conditioned runs go up to 8 ft x 8 ft, depending upon your needs. The dogs go outside 3 times per day to run in a large fenced in area. You can get more time outside or walks for a small fee. One of our dogs has epilepsy, so they give her the medicine twice every day. I switched to bring my dogs here for veterinary care, just because I like the facilities so much.

Over the years, the doctors at GAH have treated our gerbil and 2 cats. Our 2 cats have very distinctive personalities and are not always eager to see the doctors; in spite of this, the doctors have treated them with respect. We highly recommend the doctors at GAH for the care of all your 4-legged "children."

Dr. Michael Gross and his staff have provided exceptional medical care for our pets and professional advice for over 10 years. His hospital is immaculate and is staffed with kind, knowledgeble technicians, who really care about the animals. We hightly recommend Grafton Animal Hospital to any pet owner.

Grafton Animal Hospital provides exceptional service at a fair price, and best of all, they really care about your pets welfare. The spacious grounds available for the boarded pets are absolutely superior to all other facilities that we have ever used in over 35 years of boarding animals world-wide. Combine the grounds with the large runs and you have the best facility available in the Yorktown area. We often travel over the holidays, and Grafton Animal Hospital permits us to make special arrangements to pick up our pets during non-business hours - in one instance this outstanding benefit permitted us to pick up our pets 3 days earlier than most other local facilities afford us (much easier on owners and pets). We can unequivocally recommend Grafton Animal Hospital.

Hands down, the best. From researching hours on medications best for our pets, to rushing to save our animals from asthma attacks, Grafton Animal hospital always puts our pets first. When we first found out our cat had asthma, the doctors researched for days to find the best medicine for our cat. They have been with us and our 8 cats, and dog for as long as we can remember. Not only do they have an amazingly clean hospital, they are welcoming, friendly, and understanding with any given problem. They always listen, and truly care about our pets health. Grafton Vet has the best Santa Claus for our Christmas pictures, as well as surgeons to operate on our pets. There is no other vet in town we would trust.

The doctors and staff are friendly and care about my pets. My two dogs love the large boarding facility and the fact that they can stay in a large run rather than just a cage. I will certainly return to Grafton Animal Hospital.
