Fantastic, caring staff. These vets have taken great care of my cats since they were kittens. I also feel like this clinic is less financially motivated than other clinics I have been to. The vets clearly really care about the animals that come through.

Wow, the previous rater couldn't be more wrong. I just switched to Bay Cities because they're NOT all about the money. Example: My previous vet sent me to specialists for surgery with an estimate of $2,000. Bay Cities estimated $1,000, and offered a less intrusive alternative at $500 with the guarantee that if that didn't work and we had to have surgery again they'd only charge the difference between the two (Savings: $500). If my dog needs another operation for the same site THEY WON'T CHARGE ME (other than for anesthesia)(Savings: $1,000). What other vet has ever done that? The previous specialists charged $180 for a blood curve; it's about $75 here. And all rechecks are free, they send me home with free medicines and, even though I said it was above my budget, they did additional tests (no charge since I didn't approve) and kept my dog an extra night (no charge). And I have other friends with the same experience (some for 30 years). This is the best Vet in the South Bay; they care!

It's all about the money. I've been bringing my pets here for years. It wasn't until recently things went bad. I brought my dog in for a small surgery. The amount they quoted wasn't even close to what they charged. They have a revolving staff of doctors. It's hard for them to keep the good ones. Pets are often misdiagnosed. My advice to you is find another vet. All they care about here is money. If you do decide to come here, be prepared to wait and wait and wait. If you do bring your pets here, I warned you.
