Click to report rating    8/11/12   5     5     5     5   I've had great experiences at this hospital. Yes, its expensive - its an emergency clinic so bring money. I've read comments indicating that all they are worried about is collecting payment. So, tell me, what vet clinic, or any business, isn't worried about getting paid? I've been there 4-5 times with an emergency and they always gave me treatment options and were always very through and complete in diagnosing the problem. I would like to make them my primary care veterinarians, but that is not their market. They get 8 paws up from my household. RID: 36434
Click to report rating    12/21/09   5     5     5     5   Dr. Olgesbee is on of the best vets we have ever used. She saved the life of our Moluccan Cockatoo after a vet in our town almost kill her. The people at this hospital was so nice, they were available anytime day or night that we had questions or problems. We were able to call and check while our bird was in recovery anytime we wanted. They gave us great instructions on what needed to be done when she went home and called us on a regular basis to check on her for the first couple of weeks. I will never trust my birds health with anyone else. RID: 15844

7/13/09   1     3     3     1   My dog had ACL surgery here in October of 2008, and Dr. Lightner was so rude, nasty, and negative that it was a horrible experience altogether! When you see a specialist you are looking for someone to give you hope, and you should be included as part of the treatment plan for your pet. This doctor did everything she could to make me feel guilty and treated me as if my dog's problems were my fault! Even when she gives you good news you will feel terrible, because she has no social or people skills. My dog has recovered well, no thanks to this doctor. They don't even assist you with followup care, don't give any instructions for daily exercises or things you can do to improve the recovery process. It was a nightmare, and it cost a small fortune! I've since had another dog who needed a similar procedure, and I took her to MedVet - a much better experience, and a better value! RID: 13476
