This clinic is very friendly and helpful, and the facility itself is set up well. Also, their hours are broad enough that I don't have to worry about rushing after work. That being said, I feel that all patients are given the most comprehensive and expensive treatments they offer, even if the problem is minor and requires only minimal attention. I recently brought in my dog because she was limping, and found out she had a hairline fracture in her front leg. It was a clean fracture that required no replacement to splint, and yet was charged as much as a fully broken bone would have been. They wanted to give her the same injection as if she'd broken it, and when I suggested a small dose of alprazolam, a common sedative, the vet smiled and told me that it would take about 6 weeks to work and so it wasn't appropriate. Clearly cheaper options aren't considered at this clinic, and even the vets aren't as knowledgeable as they could be to cater the treatment to the severity of the injury.

I am extremely satisfied with the care my animals receive at Eastside. The staff is caring and knowledgeable. The veterinarians are compassionate and show great love for all animals. I trust my animals in their hands.
