I have to say the entire staff has be wonderful to our entire family. We have lots of Pugs and have had zero problems with anyone at this office. We have gone through a lot and everyone from this clinic has been there with us each step of the way. They are very accommodating if special things are needed, they call to check on our little pugs, they were right there with us when our little girl passed away from her second liver shunt surgery...they were there from beginning of that diagnosis until she lost her battle and each staff member sent a card. Dr. Carter himself called us to make sure we were alright and express his condolences. We could not ask for a better place for our pugs. They treat them as if they are their own and we trust them completely. This is such an amazing place to be and excellent care is always given. They treat our little ones like family and we could not ask for better care for them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! WE LOVE CARTER'S PET HOSPITAL AND ALL THE STAFF!

After taking in a kitten we were faced with an expensive trip to the vet to get shots, neuter, and declawed. I called around to get quotes and the best deal. They did a good job on the surgery and the 6 month kitten displayed very little pain or problems after coming home. However, I was quoted an amount to cover everything and on the follow up visit they charged for another office visit and vaccinations past the quote. This was not how it was initially presented and their office visit was high. I recommend getting everything outlined in a print out before agreeing to charges.

our collie from petland was treated there with great respect. our black lab has also been treated there and had knee surgery on right leg with great sucess. i have been to several animal facilities and find this one to be A-1 and recomend them. staff is courteous and puntuality is excellent. bldg. is clean and nicely laid out.

We also bought a pet from Petland. The dog was in good condition, having had some care from Carter while in possession of Petland. We had a free neutering service from Carter with our purchase. When we tried to make an appointment for surgery, we were told by a rather rude staff member that it was expired. The coupon had a date over a month away, but Carter said that was wrong and refused to honor it. BAD SERVICE- and shows little care for the customer or the animal. They also operate as the in-house vet for PETLAND- a place protested as a puppy-mill supporter. If this vet cares for animals, and not money, why does he do business with a puppy-mill outlet? AVOID this place.... high prices and poor service.

We took home a new puppy from Petland and this clinic was recommended by the store. They did a fantastic job on the neuter surgery for our puppy. We were so pleased with the staff and level of care provided that we are now bringing all our pets here.
