There is now a new vet there and he would not give me the medicine my dog was on previously. AND tried to sell me a whole box only of the flea and worming medication. I booked another vet immediately and got great service for my dogs! I will never go back there again.

With over ten years experience in animal care,I have worked for several vets and if you want a vet who is not in it for the money and will work with you to save your pet, see Dr. Umer Khan. I was ready to euthanize my 17yr old Minou as her quality of life was dismal due to chronic diarrhea/vomiting with no positive prognosis in sight but Dr. Khan went above and beyond, asked me to give Minou one more chance. He knew I was ready to let her go and he fought for her, he eventually made a deal with me. I was doubtful yet hopeful, I just did not want Minou to suffer anymore. I am sure that if I was at any other clinic, I would have said goodbye to her that day. Dr. Khan literally saved her life. Months have passed since then and with his care and concern, Minou is living proof that I was wrong. She is doing well and seems happy. Big Thank you to Amanda and Dr. Khan!

Im a 5 year client seening Dr K for regular care from regular maintenance care, dentals both regulat and emergerncies to 2 very serious incidents with my beloved pups. Last year Rudy had an intestinal block needing emerg surgery and this year Marvin developed disc disease and while playing in tbe yard on day was paralyzes on the hind qrtrs. After 6 wks of in clinic TLC Miracle Marv (his new moniker) walks again!! My pets are never afraid of going to the vet and wag happily when they see their favourite staff. Theyve been honest and reasonable and provided care n finance options that have allowed me to avoid the dreaded decision twice! Ive had good experiences with the caring people at Peninsula. Heather H

My cat's been ill and hiding so took her to see Dr Khan for an exam. He was absolutely wondeful, thorough yet so gentle, I'd even call him a cat whisperer! We're still at the diagnostic stage, but so far I'm very pleased with Dr K's knowledge, not too quick to diagnose or recommend expensive diets or medications, and consulting with specialists on her case. We'll likely be referred to a specialist, but as a general vet, I'd give Dr K a big grade A for being so compassionate and good with cats.

Recently brought my cat in for an eye problem. Twice. After the first visit, the eye got worse, so I brought him back and the male vet was terrible with him! Kept demanding that I keep his eye open for treatment, was very rough with him, and ended up having to bring a second vet in to confirm his "findings" - sent me home with two other prescriptions and I had to pry the directions out of him. The vet told me "two drops" of an ointment (??) I tried to clarify, and he asks "well how much do you normally give him". What? I later decided to pull off the vet prescription stickers off the boxes to read the actual product description, and learned his oral antibiotic was supposed to be refrigerated. I was never told that, and the vet label did not have those instructions. That was a week after giving him the medication. My cat's eye did not get better, and I ended up taking him to a completely different vet office who was able to treat him

had my cat shaved (15 years) as she was bringing up a lot of hair balls...told them she had a very tender back side...when I picked her up, 3 teets were nicked with the razor and also her back leg....I am unable to touch her back side which would indicate there was no TLC involved when shaved...She was under general anaesthetic...called to see who had done this..."I don't remember"....no return visits for me.

1.they seem to be afraid of animals, and get you to hold them for everything. 2.They CHARGED ME $$$ the same amount for spaying her even though they found out she was ALREADY SPAYED and they cut her open for no reason! 3.the female vet LEFT SOME STITCHES IN MY CAT she said she removed (i had to take them out myself because i would never take my cat back there!!!!) 4.it's EASY FOR ANIMALS TO ESCAPE out the front door, or of course get lost and hide in a cupboard like mine did! -i will say one of the male vets was really helpful when my cat had an infection, and the girl at the front is really friendly and lovely... but i would never recommend this "circus". IT WAS A TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE!

The most honest and reliable vet I have ever been to. They have always made themselves avaialable, pricing is perfect, and they are very caring (both for the pets and the owners). I will recommend this Vet 100% of the time.

I was at this clinic on March 20 qith my Terriers for a routine check up. Satff was really welcoming. We were seen right at our appt. time-I really appreciated as I had my kids with me too. Dr. Singh was the attending Veterinarian, he is very knowledgable and performed the complete exam for my pets. We had some blood tests done and they called me on Monday to inform me about the test results as one of the dogs have some problem. Charges were very acceptable for the test and the exam. I am very satisfied with the service and would recommend Dr. Singh and Dr. Arora for certain.

I have always had excellent care by Dr. Aurora. This vet is not in this for making money, he genuinely wants to help the animals. I will continue to recommend him and bring my pets there.

First I must say I only saw this vet (Dr. Arora) once, because we recently moved and my old vet is too far away. My 21 year old Siamese suffered a heart attack or stroke on saturday night of the long New Year weekend. She was in terrible shape and this was the only clinic that was open BOTH sunday and the holiday monday. Even though this was the first time he ever met us or our Gracie, he was the kindest and most empathetic man when it came to her euthanization. If you have ever had to make this horrible decision, you may know that different vets have different techniques (I found this out the hard way when I had to put another beloved cat down in October-lymphoma-different vet, terrible upsetting procedure). He gave her a sedative and mask with oxygen and anesthetic, and I don't believe she felt a thing; it was peaceful. I am forever grateful. He will be my new vet based on this experience.
