Brought my dog here a short while ago, was very distressed by his condition. The lady working, Steffanie, was so helpful and polite! Made me feel at ease and was so great with my dog. She and the doctor did some tests and in the end everything was OK, thank God! Will be coming back, so amazing to have a genuine pet lover like Steffanie help not only my poor pup, but me as well!Great medical care AND great Customer Service? Can't be beat!!!Highly recommend!!

I went in because my boy (kitty) had a cough and sneezed. The receptionist was exceptionally rude. She told me to turn the cage to the wall because she did not want the office cat to catch whatever my cat had. The vet was 25 mins late, barely looked at him and prescribed meds for anal issues and rushed us out. I wondered why as I mentioned it was a cough, that indicates some a flu or respiratory illness of some sort. paid for the examination but not the meds and made my way out. Before leaving, I said I'd write a review and the response and tone I got from the receptionist was really shocking, "Go right ahead because we have that covered, good luck finding a cheaper doctor." I highly suspect that all these 5s written here right after a bad review is the Vet's office. The fact that you have to sign-in to make a rating on this particular Vet says something about their poor integrity.Still in disbelief to this day. My boy is doing fine thanks to another Vet. It was a cold. Cheers.

Excellent vet and staff. Very caring with my cats and has been the best vet I've been to so far. He explains everything very well answers all my questions makes sure I have a good understanding of medications before I leave. Prices and fees are very reasonable compared to other practices. I trustmy animals are safe in their hands 100% I have been going to this practice for over a year with absolutely no problems with anything . I always get follow up calls to check in on my cats health. Overall best vet ever and prices are fair.

Bentley is my kids first pet dog. Took him to this so call vet we had to wait he was on lunch. then is started telling my daughter and myself about how bad this shih tzu are with kids. the det rought up Bentley. My daughters had to leave the room this was on first visit. second visit Bentley was given his meds for flea and worms our poor dog could not stand his heart was beating fast he was messing up himself. I called the vet. must of been something he eat. the following month we took Bentley beck for his 2nd rounds of flea and worm meds same thing happen this time the poor puppy could not function not walking, messing himself, breathing heavy,shaking. I called the vet i asked if it could be the meds i was told no there is no sideeffects i asked for the vendor of the meds to call me the vet refused to provide the information. i was told the vendor is on holidays they will call. it has been over 5 mths no one called. this so call vet is terrible. vet never return my calls

I am a long-time customer (2+ yrs). I first visited Dr. Moondian when my cat had a very bad ear infection. After taking her to many other vets who ran tests and prescribed treatments for many months with no success we decided to try yet another vet. We didn't hold much hope for her condition as our last vet said that this type of infection wouldn't just go away. Awful news to say the least. On to our visit with Dr. Moondian he immediately knew what the infection was without even needing to send a swab to a lab which would have been $$. He gave us a prescription and voila, infection cured in less than 2 weeks. My girl was feeling better the first day when he even gave her ear a deep cleaning for us(complimentary)I was so happy to find a vet who's goal was to cure my cat. This vet has a caring nature ,has an excellent bed-side manner (always treats us like we are his friends), never tries to 'up-sell'us, and is ethical and honest. A kind man & a great vet.

Update on my kitten. She is now worse. He did not take any tests and kept giving her medication. Had to take tests this week. Now she is in the hospital. I am so hurt and stressed out. I've only had these kittens for less than 2 weeks and already spent 600 in visits and meds and nothing. He seems to care about the money as he kept bringing this up to my cousin. He may like dogs, however, I don't think he likes cats.Just how I feel and I have to be honest. Typing this in tears because I am so hurt.

******DO NOT BRING CATS HERE!*****I did not have a pleasant experience here. Date October 20, 2012 mid day. The receptionist was nice thought. I read the comments here and thought it would be a good idea. I was wrong. I didn't get any "free" first visit. My kittens had a really bad case of diarrhea. He was very insensitive (Indian doc I believe). Told me how they could die and needed to do a viral test to see if they would die anyway.CWTF?? I did not take the test. You want more money just because??? haha w/e. I was so upset. He scorned them, handled my 8 week old kittens very harshly. They were so scared and he did nothing to try and make it comfortable I was very heart-broken leaving that office and will never return.

We got 2 puppies and took both of them to this vet as it is walking distance. Stephanie the receptionist is very friendly to them and the pups go to her with tails wagging. Dr. Moondian is very personable and treats the pups as if they were his own. It is nice to be greeted with a handshake. He is very thorough with his explanations and makes sure that you leave his office with no unanswered questions.

Front desk woman was AWFUL! Didn't greet us, looked unkempt, was wearing a sweater that appeared to have PAINT stains on it, & she wasn't friendly. Heard her answer the phone & she did not have a pleasant phone manner either. The vet here was very nice. I didn't have a problem with him at all; he seemed very caring but, he's GOT to get rid of that greyish haired chick up front! YIKES!
