THE GOOD: Dr. Gordon has a reputation as a good vet, and she herself seems very caring. The vet techs also seem knowledgeable and caring. THE BAD: Everything is rush, rush, rush. I think they have more clients than they can effectively handle. Communication with the patient/cat owner is very poor-- we had a cat who was dying and it took them far longer than it ought to to diagnose the problem. We kept having to call to ask what was going on and they were not good in getting back to us. *I* had to suggest they perform a common test I'd read about on the internet! They agreed very nonchalantly, and performed the test which did confirm the suspected diagnosis. But by that time, the bill had racked up to nearly $1000 for three nights in the hospital and tests. Oh yes, and their prices are absolutely OUTRAGEOUS. I have a new cat now and am using a different vet.
