Called on June 5 2021 at 8 am for a emergency appointment. Receptionist said would check if vet could see our pet. Never called us back for an answer. We were patients there and that is the way we were treated. Will never return there again as at least they could have given us an answer

I CANNOT thank the Dr. and the assistant's enough for being compassionate and caring when I had to put my poor little girl down on Tues after 17 years. It was an extremely traumatic, heartbreaking, and devastating time for me, but everyone was so kind and accommodating. I appreciate everything that you all did for me and my sweet pup, thank-you so very much!! Love, Kaya Banner's Mom

I've been going to Drummond's since Jack was about ten years old. Never had a problem. Jack worked a whole weekend to save a puppy for me. They worked for a professional horse farm exclusively.
Nichole has only been rude to people who don't take proper care of their animals. Brian is very wise about animals and is an excellent veterinarian.

I am terrified to ever go back here. I have seen how nasty Nicole can be to both her clients and her patients. Dozens of people have come forth about how she has misdiagnosed and mistreated animals resulting in them being permanently disfigured or ended up dying. She takes no accountability for the things that have happened and instead points her finger at the owners of these animals. These animals were her responsibility so don't blame the owners for botched surgeries. Years ago I personally heard from a close friend of the Drummond family that she was not smart enough to get into vet school in the US because she couldn't complete the higher level science courses required to get into vet school, so she went to some low rate school in the Caribbean that requires limited college prep classes to get her DVM degree. The post about nichole being investigated is BS. The person is a nutjob with a criminal history of harassment, and assault. Nichole is a person and people make mistakes but come on, why would she do that intentionally? Risk her whole career? This is a person's career here and people can say crap and get away with it. And REALLY Dr Drummond is afraid of your dog biting him???Did you ever look at his hands? They are covered with scars and bruising from dog bites. He's like 70 years old. Just because your dog is nice to you doesn't mean it won't bite anyone else. I don't think being open to getting injured is in their job description. People don't believe all this crap. These people have dedicated their whole lives to helping animals and people are just ignorant on the internet.

This vets office and the people working there are great. They have saved two of my dogs. Are caring . Nichole is great with our horses. She knows how to handle them and is kind. She took one look at my tenn walker and knew he had cushings and put him on meds he is looking wonderful can not thank her enough.

I have gone to this vet for 20yrs up until 2 yrs ago when they BUTCHERED my 5 yr old Boykin Spaniel dog in surgeries that were done to him for 2 broken front legs.I spent over 5,000 within an 11 mnth period & still ended up having to put my poor boy down who had SUFFERED TREMENDOUSLY for those months because they kept telling me that he'd be ok. Once i took him to a rehab speciallist who then saw his xrays and was FURIOUS n then sent me to Pitts, it was then that i found out what they had done to him and that he had horrible issues with ALL FOUR legs now from their negligience and would have a VERY POOR quality of life if I didn't put him down.when I asked for ALL his records they REFUSED them 2 me 4 a while and when I did get SOME I only got PARTIAL(NOT the MAIN parts i needed) when i confronted them Jack SCREAMED at me & backed me up against wall cuz i had taken him to rehab specialist.he did NOT like that..they may be CHEAP but u get what u pay for and I will NEVER go 2 them again.

Dr. Drummond was always rude because I have a german shepherd and he's afraid of them. He always makes us muzzle her even when she's calm. He barely looks at her and doesn't really seem to care. I will never go back after hearing what Nicole did to someone's golden retriever. She went in for a C-section and Nicole left two puppies in the dogs uterus. One was sutured against the uterus. These were fully developed puppies. She was investigated and was charged with malpractice, incompetence, and negligence. She's just awaiting punishment. I don't know how anyone could call themselves a vet and still do this to an innocent animal. I will never ever return. Byers is the only good vet they have there. The Drummonds are no good. I would never trust them with any of my pets ever again.

I have taken all of my animals to Drummonds and have always been satisfied with their services. I am especially impressed with Dr. Byers. He's a very caring, compassionate and gentle doctor and I hope he's there for a very long time. If you want a more "professional" facility, you can always drive up the road to Clarion, but the prices are three to four times what you pay at Drummond's.

I've had nothing but great, positive experiences w/ this office! The girls have always been so good and caring. The vets have always been spot on. Dr. Byers is especially caring, spends lots of time with the animal and is great at explaining everything in a way I can understand. Dr Nichole is a little more outspoken and bold, but has always been spot on about my animals. I highly recommend this vet!!

I find the post to were a puppy was left inside a dog by Dr Nichole hard to believe.Why would a very busy vet leave a puppy inside then take the TIME to sew it back in??? Doesn't make sense and my god the school loans I imagine she has to pay back. I'm sure if it was dead she would of gave it back to the owner. And I heard the dog died AFTER IT LEFT THE FACILITY. WHAT DID THE OWNER DO? MAYBE THEY PUT IT BACK INSIDE AND SEWED IT UP TO POSSIBLY RECOUP SOME MONEY THEY LOST? Very hard working and honest people the Drummond's are

I have been taking my dogs here for a long time. We love Dr. Byers the newer vet! He spends a lot of time with you and your animal, and answers your questions. He is very gentle with your animals also. Dr. Drummond has also performed ear crops for us in the past and does a beautiful job. I think it is very sad that people are more apt to leave negative comments about a business than good. I find the below comment about leaving a puppy inside a dog during a c-section a bit unrealistic. I have had my dog seen by Dr. Nichole before and I have a hard time believing that any person who went to vet school would take out a moving animal which would obviously look like a puppy, especially that size, and put it back inside a uterus in a different place and just sew it in there. A lot of these comments below sound like they are just people who were experiencing high emotions over the condition of their pet or themselves were having a bad day and want to transfer blame.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!My AKC Golden Retriever had to have an emergency C-section, Nicole was on call, she took my dog and performed the C-section. I had to go pick her up an hour & a half after the surgery, Lady was still under anesthesia and not a wake yet. She had to be carried to the car on a blanket. The next day I had to take her back because of the perfuse vomiting...I was told to take her back home she would be fine. As soon as I get her home, she died. We packed her in ice took her to Ohio State University for a full Necropsy report...Nicole Drummond and her stupid husband that is not a vet, not on the pat-roll that was her assistant.. left 2 full term 8.27 inch puppies in her. The worse thing was the male pup was taken out & put back inside the left uterin horn where the plasenta was pertruding in the adominal cavity. She put him back & sewed him in. She had to sew around him to close the insision that she made. This is in the necropsy report. Be-Ware!!! DO NOT GO TO DRUMMONDS!!!

Dr Nicole is the worst vet I have ever been to. Her father is wonderful and when I do go there I ask for the father. Nicole will never set a hand on my dogs again.I found a new vet and only go to Drumond when I dont want to go far.Nicole needs to learn how to treat and talk to people. There is a right way and wrong way.

Nicole is the worst!!! she diagnosed my horse with broken knee and wanted to put her down, she can not read a simply exray, another vet diagnosed her with a shin fracture, treated her and she is 100% sound today, nicole was extremely rude, very upset I got a second opinion, when she got upset at me I threw her off my farm and told her she should refund my money. fat chance of that ever happening. Her father was a very good farm animal vet and his daughter will destroy his buissness!!!

Very Impressed with the overall experience. The people who wrote the bad reviews must have owed the clinic money or were vet jumpers. Clean clinic, nice staff, affordable prices, great treatment of animals! (and I have a mean dog)

Do not EVER use this vet. I have only had the WORST experiences....the staff is quite curt and rude on the phone, and seem unwilling or unable to help accomplish very simple tasks. They have made mistakes and been totally unapologetic, and even made me feel like it was somehow MY fault. I work at a pet boarding facillty myself, and would never treat clients the way I was treated here. One of my good friends also had his dog treated at this vet before, had a terrible experience, and never went back. If you're trying to save money, go to Banfield or Paws. Don't waste your time here. I'm not the type to write bad reviews, but really feel like I am doing a public service by saving anyone the trouble and frustration of going to Drummond.

a very uncaring and rude vet that shows no compassion for any of my sick pets, when he put my dog down he grabbed my dog by the neck and tossed him down like a side of beef no respect for the dying dog or for my wife and me that had to endure his lack of respect and his rudeness when my dog was bawling he ignored it and took his good ole time almost an hour before he gave him a shot to calm my dog down who was in alot of pain. when my wife told him about it he snapped at her and said to go to the waiting room if our dogs screaming was too much to bear, he treated us and our dog like dirt, was extremely rude and couldn't care less that our dying dog didn't deserve to be grabbed and thrown down like a bag of garbage. we have never ever went to a vet as rude and uncaring as this one please if you love your animal and want a caring vet that will treat your loved one with respect then please please stay away from this one! witnesse d

I have been going to Dr. Drummonds office for 9 years with my animals and I am very greatfull they are there. When my dauschund had puppies she needed emergency surgery and they saved her life. I will never forget that! The staff is great and always answer any questions and concerns I have. I would highly recomend them to my friends and others.

Drs.Drummond father and daughter are great. New vet Dr. Byers very good. Drummond Animal Hosp. and staff have been my vets for over 21 yrs always kind and helpful and they love all my pets like their own. all my pets have had surgery there never any problems. I listen to after care instructions and all has been good. I think they are awsome and I very thankful to have the as my vets.

This veterinary facility is by FAR the worst I have ever been to. The staff is rude and dressed as though they work in a coal mine. I've never come out of their hospital feeling confident. They cannot even perform a simple spay surgery without incident. And the veterinarians themselves barely spend 10 seconds in the room and avoid, at all costs, touching your pet at all. It is as though they care not one bit about your animal. And they are why I will NEVER go back.
