This veterinarian and staff no longer appreciate good customers and the health of their pets. Customer’s urgent pet health matters are not addressed with the same promptness as the staff's own needs of the day. Moreover, the veterinarian recommended for my dog treatment that resulted in adverse reactions. It turns out that other veterinarians from centers of higher education, including Cornell's College of Veterinary Medicine, have not.. in over 10 years recommended that same treatment to dogs. After I stopped taking my dog to Ridgefield Veterinary Hospital, and started him on treatment recommended by our new veterinarian, a Cornell graduate , my dog’s health has improved at 110%. Most importantly, our new veterinarian shares resources for pet owners that are a cut above the rest, the latest information on advances in the field of veterinary medicine as related to a pet’s health, and …he listens.
