I would avoid this vet clinic. My last experience them was very costly, and worse, they didn't do a simple X-ray that would have shown them that my cat had multiple lethal tumors. After these people squeezed me for nearly $800, I took my cat to another vet who advised me to put her to sleep. I'm sorry I ever took her to Anima+.

I have been to one of the locations (west of Montreal) since they bought-out a small local private clinic. They look at you like you're made of money... Very LITTLE attention to the actual animal. They tried to sell me every extra test on the market... How about doing an actual examination of my pet first... We are Very dissapointed. Poor follow-up as well, except to schedule a new appointment... They are clearly not interested in the animal well-being but rather, how much of a charge they can rack up at your expense... I'm disgusted with them.

I have been there twice, the first time the vet was nice, the second time the vet rushed me out without properly explaining to me how to give my cat's medication for her eye infection. When I called a couple of days later because my cat's other eye was starting to get infected, the receptionist was laughing on the phone! I have had better experience in other veterinarian establishments.

The vet doesn't like animals..I brought an errant cat with a big infection in his mouth and the staff didn't clean up the infection and they made expensive test without asking me. The only thing that the vet did is to make a prescription for antibiotics and other drugs and she also say that the the cat's mouth stinks and she had nausea because that...so in fact the service was very disappointing and expensive ($340).
