The doctor spent 2 minutes with our dog and ignored all of our questions.At the end of the visit she forgot why we were even there in the first place. I have never had such a rude and uncaring vet before visiting Bartels. My dog nor my money will never return there. They seriously need to look into who they are hiring to supposedly provide veterinary care.

Twice to three times as expensive as other clinics. Services rendered without consent cause costs to skyrocket. Recently was charged $830 for routine bloodwork and vaccines on two dogs!

If you love your animals, please do not take them here. The only thing they care about is making money (and they have a brand new state-of-the-art facility to prove it) Their exam (at least with Dr. Grey) consists of the vet spending about 2 mins looking at your dog and then acting like she has better things to do than answer questions or diagnose a problem. They may seem to have a nice new facility..but their standard of care is gone now...so sad. They used to be a great vet.
